GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Hi All,
just received my GMCS Notes

knowing that am spanish (visa exempted) and the Sponsor Approval was 12 May aprox, so passsing the file to the VO Paris, today my wife got the pdf that said among other things:

Asssesments
Eligibility : Passed
Security : Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality : Not Started
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

Paper File:
Office: Paris

Due Date: 2016/08/25

Interpretation:
So, sure elgibility is passed as I know since May, and the Medicals were done upfront, and OK, I know this since May
Still security and criminal is not Passed (though they have the corresponding papers)


My main question goes about: Due Date 2016/08/25 - Does it mean that since that date 25th August my file is speeding in DM ?

Now i would like to ask about police certificates 0. I have sent them during applying..i am wondering it is like this or they have to write police certificates 1 instead police certificates 0. I am wondering that they didnot mention about police certificate sent. Or it is like that for every one who sent police certificates earlier.

It simply means means the officer will look at your file again and if all documents are there, he will proceed for PPR. But if documents are missing, he will give it another assignment date.

It's been 36 days I didn't get my notes.email them to 3 times but not a single reply yet.so what can I do now anyone have any idea please???

then the received GCMS notes is the state of the application/file beginning AUGUST, ain´t that ?

On top of the first page of the notes you will see "Requested date". The state of your notes are from that date. There might have been changes after that date.

Yes. We got a random interview letter 3 days ago.

They say they are returning all our proofs.

I hope they have a big enough box

I'm waiting for my notes and then I will email the Program Manager of svo

Kind of ridiculous considering how our application was presented.

I've read a lot about SVO including inspections and audits and it seems they have a lot of locally engaged staff that are reviewing files.

I'm hoping my email to the program manager sparks a closer review by a Canadian based officer.

Hey I am a blue, you know they did not return our evidence even after they refused my husband after the interview so it is not necessarily a bad sign. As for the interview she needs to know as much about you as possible, yes all the dates in the application plus when you met who said i love you first and when who proposed and when , all about your job your day and your life here. even the distance you have to travel to work, they can ask her pretty much anything about you and your family members here or abroad. of course they always ask about the reason she married you, the reason she wants to come to canada and her plans for the future here ( all of that needs to include you of course) also things like your address and stuff. Maybe they plan to five her visa at the interview and thats why they said they are returning your evidence. Normally, if you have to go to appeal they do keep the evidence..keeping my fingers crossed.

Singapore always returns the proofs when they request an interview.

Thank you for the advice. My wife is preparing for the interview.

She will sponsor me for KITAS (Indonesian resident visa) as well.

Crezana there are so much information provided on this thread about GCMS notes. I am double sure that you did not even start reading from the first page of this thread coming up to the middle. So many people have contributed from page 1 onward about GCMS notes. I encourage you to take time to read page 1 of this thread by checking your GCMS as well you will even learn more.

36 months is the period SPR will take care of PA financially, shelter, providing basic needs...
The DUE DATE on Eligibility does not mean anything at all, Eligibility can be completed before or after that date.
You did not see those documents you sent because your GCMS notes were printed before CIC update your e-file.

Until your Eligibility passes you are still not a CANDIDATE for PR but only a PROSPECT. Don't worry too much until you see your eligibility passes.

Great work Eagle! I ordered my notes just to see what's in them after our file is closed. They sent a message back saying it would take up to 60 more days.....ha ha ha...oh well. I think it's because I asked for our original wedding cards as well....I'm sure they lost them. In fact, I think they pretty much lost everything we sent to them cause our addresses are still all screwed up.

I can't complain because my husband landed in April. Kudos for all the hard work you are doing in helping others...and me! Take care,

I like what you did to request your GCMS after the file is closed then you will see what 95% of people never seen. You will understand a lot of stuff and will be able to assist other.

Sorry that they lost your documents, I hope you're at rest now and no stress of asking Eagle333 questions loll. Yes I am still helping people like I used to do.

I did the same as you, when my wife received her passport back I ordered a final set of gcms note. The funny think I saw is that they sent PPR only 30min after a senior officer clear the eligibility and waived the interview. It took 6 month between initial eligibility assessment and final assessment then 30 min lol. Other thing I saw is; original picture sent back to PA, chat log shredded. And the most beautiful note saying that 1 visa and copr was issued

We never received any of the above e-mails. So when we got the notes we sent updated Schedule A and IMM 5406 via CSE enquiry. We also informed that we never received the e-mails in the notes.

My question is, will this delay impact negatively on our application?
