GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

In July they changed the form. Section A's heading, "You must clearly write your name and date of birth". Section B's heading, "If you are also seeking the information of your spouse or common-law partner in your ATIP request, you must indicate their name and signature". Section C's heading, "You must write your designated individual's contact information".

Given that ATIP is an application driven process, it is only natural to assume that the application for information is owned by the person applying for it. Given that it has to be a Canadian Citizen / PR, it's only natural to assume.

To be honest, if you are applying under Privacy Act, and both parties have signed and dated the form, I doubt they will care. I filled ours out as such:
Section A - Me (I made the request)
Section B - My spouse (as it said I have to put my spouse's information in there)
Section C and D blank.

We will see as well when the time comes to get ours. I will report back with how it all went down.

Section B is for when PA is applying and the spouse is included in the app as accompanying.

With the privacy act the PA can apply for the notes themselves because they will be in Canada. No form is required.

Yes. We got a random interview letter 3 days ago.

They say they are returning all our proofs.

I hope they have a big enough box

I'm waiting for my notes and then I will email the Program Manager of svo

Kind of ridiculous considering how our application was presented.

I've read a lot about SVO including inspections and audits and it seems they have a lot of locally engaged staff that are reviewing files.

I'm hoping my email to the program manager sparks a closer review by a Canadian based officer.

They say they are returning all our proofs.

We are currently looking at other options.

My wife will go to Imigrasi and see if I can work with spouse sponsored KITAS (Indonesian resident visa) without a company sponsor. We are also exploring temporarily relocating to Cambodia with me teaching English

There was another member who had interview waived after it was requested by svo by moving to be with his wife so that would be our goal.

I wanna wait and see what my notes say and then email the Program Manager and see if we can trigger a closer review because we submitted a lot of good proofs and whoever reviewed our file must have been incompetent or drunk or both

I don't have a degree.

That limits us to Cambodia and China

If I had the degree I'd just teach in Indo.

Also Cambodia is extremely easy to emigrate to and we both could easily get 1 year visas, where Korea it would be difficult

So we finally got our notes today. They were pulled on July 26th - were due on August 17th - but for some reason were delayed by 2 weeks (30 Days + 2 weeks)

Not sure exactly why it would have taken them so long to forward the notes to us.

We never got an e-mail requesting an updated Schedule A and IMM5406 neither did we get an AOR 2.

What should we do?

I know we now need to update Schedule A and IMM5406. But should we first send a CSE asking them to resend the e-mail they supposedly sent to us? We check our e-mails religiously so we know PA never received these e-mails.

I'm sorry to hear that your wife has been called for an interview. You know bro it's difficult to say how much is "too much" and how much is "not enough". I heard from one person who sent boxes and boxes of evidence. It was so much evidence, the officer found it impossible to sift through to figure out how much of that evidence was relevant...so he requested an interview.

From what I've gathered, all those people that provide thousands of photos and buckets of proof are overdoing it, and i doubt the visa officer will ever look through all of the evidence they provide. So why give the officers more things to pick holes in? if they need more proof, they will ask you for it.

I sent in few pages of chat logs and i also included about 70 photos of our marriage and special occasions. Thats all. i knew that no one's ever going to read all of my whatsapp viber imo chat logs. My intention was for the officer to skip through the log and read whatever he wants before shredding it.

it looks to me like the reason they called your wife in for an interview was to determine whether she entered the marriage primarily for immigration purposes since you converted to her rrligion to marry her.
