Each week passes like a year. Now the change in NOC demand list is making me more tensed. God knows if there is enough job opportunities in Canada for us??

hey prsh and other guys,

I think for all applicants who submitted their documents 3 months back must contact office directly.
this is written in my second AOR.
I think all of us should not waste time and start drafting our letters.

thats right Steve...I'm planning to send case specific query on 5th of July as i received the AOR from them on 3rd April...just hoping for some miracle in this week else they will find my query in their mail box...

it clearly written that you can contact them 3 months after submitting your documents, i dont think this is the date of second AOR.

Yeah, its from the date you did submit ur documents.... They seem not to reply of case specific enquiries. I sent one like more than a month back but, have not not got a reply of it.... Its better to fax them

Their is something imporatant i want to discuss with you all...I have today received an offer from my company for a project in Netherlands it is for a max of 1 year.......Iam in a double mind cause my immigration for canada is also going on ....I am not sure when the CHC will clear my case and how long its going to take after the new rule....Suppose if i receive any communicatiobn from CHC how will i proceed...can i suppose go for medical there...since you all know that CHC is totally unpredictable....and i have submitted all my docs in April...and still it is received by visa office....

Can any body tell me if i wait in india...how long it is going to take to get my Canadian visa...if iavoid this trip....will i get within a couple of months...because this trip is also crucial for me for my carreeer...i really want agood advise from you guys....

Dear Sir,

I have Applied Under FSW class on 30th Nov 2009 to CIC, Nova Scotia, Sydney and received the confirmation to send all my documents to New Delhi within 120 Days, I've send all my documents as per the instruction and guidelines to your good office - New Delhi on 24th March 2010 and received the Acknowledgment for the same on 3rd April 2010. (The date of receipt of the documents as mentioned in the letter is 26th March 2010)

I’m writing to your good office to know the status of my case as recommended in Acknowledgment letter to contact CHC if Applicant Do not receives any Information within Three months from document Submission.

Three months has been completed on 26th June 2010 since I have submitted my application to ND CHC, and I have not received any information as on 29th June. (IELTS Test Result separately sent on 21st May 2010 and as per courier tracking the date of Receipt is 23rd May 2010)

I herewith request you sir to let me know the status of my application and oblige. Along with this I’m also submitting my updated POF as on 29th June 2010.

See, I believe to live in present.... I think you should accept this offer for Netherlands.... Noone knows how long CHC, ND will take to process your application. It may come 2moro or it may take a month or more too.... If you'll accept your company's offer, there is no harm... I mean you can always go to Canada from there... Rest is upto you.... What you have wrote is good but its too long.... you dont have to please them in writing.... I have just tried to shorten it for you n its in ur msg only

thanks tarakrs ...the trip is for upto 12 months......therefore if chc stars moving my case...their will be nobody at home for communication and medicals...etc...etc....and i have to tell my ofiice tomorrow about the trip....hope all goes well....if i write a mail about my case...will they stop processing my case....help guys help....

No, they would not stop processing your case, as you will be working under same profession and its just an official trip.... you can't help it...
