i think if we have any significant change in the source of fund we should update it to the CHC and provide them the latest docs...

Hi to all concerned,
I m new 2 ur thread.. My friend was planning to submit the full docs for immigration this week, bt unfortunately couldnt make it... He is already through frm the first stage and got approval under 4121& 4131...
but now very tense and upset..
I just want to seek the advice from you all, whether he should go ahead... or stop...
he is very disappointed and disheartened...
Any idea guys...... what CHC will do to the present applicants ( having no NOC in new list).
I asked this question here bcoz after March applicants, this is the thread where people are in queue.... most of the march applicants have got medical requests..........
kindly throw somelight to the issue..

just want to know how the CHC wil check the bank accounts.......

generally when we make a cal to customer care they never tell us the amount of other person..so it is true that CHC can chk knowing dates also when money is deposited {as it is always said that don't deposit bulk amount ......... maintain bank balanace }

If you have received first AOR from CIO, Sydney, NS then you can go ahead submit your full documents... If you have made your application for the first time on or after 26 June 2010 then only this new rule applies to you.... however, in your case you already made application before this date and you are requested to submit the documents

Not sure what they are busy in, but for sure they are not busy reviewing our cases. All the best for the coming week. Hope to get something !!

Nope, no news....lagta hai, CHC hamari puri janam kundli check kar rahi hai....pata nahi, or kitna waqt lagega...
