Any more good news guys? According to Tarakrs's chart, applicants who applied in Nov/Dec 2009 are getting processed first. So I think it will take time to complete the entire April batch. As long as there is progress, nothing to worry.

thx a lot 4 ur suggestionsss....i was wondering if i could get some mercy frm vo as i have studied in canada for 1.5 years and returned 2 india within the time frame(i.e b4 visa xpires) i couldnt get work permit some i came back.... may b vo beleves dat candidate has good background and he approves me on his discretion(positive substitution)...i dnt knw if i am right....seniors plss help

I was in the same boat. I studied in Canada but didnt get work permit so came back to india. Then worked in India and US for a few years and then got a job in Canada. Yes i agree that the VO might approve your application as you have already studied here. But dont count on that too much, keep your hopes low, prepare for the worst. There is one more route for you. Take up any course in some public community college like (seneca, george brown, centennial, humber etc-). then come here. get more points and then apply for PR. If you dont have enough money then take visa on these colleges and after reaching here change it to some private college where fees is < 500 - 1000 per year. I am sure u know all those tricks. I think if u study for 2 years u would become eligible for Canadian experience class too which is quite fast. so u have already done 1.5, now only 1 semester is required for you to be eligible. Research on that and make a plan while u wait for the result. If its denied then do that.

will be doing medical asap,Passports and fees

Plz advice which DMP should i select?

does getting this request mean that now things /verification all are clear??

Still I have not got Medicals, ECAS is only IN PROCESS since 10 May 2010
aditional doc request was also on same date which was submitted on 1st June 2010, V Call was almost in July ( To my employer, only asking a question, Do you know Mr.............?

Since then no any update........pls comment on my situation about possible outcome.......
Even the April applicants have started to get the Medicals which is a good sign to them but my doc was submitted on 16th March....... poor me.......what to do...or not to do.....? My representative had requested for the latest update on my application on 21 August 2010 but no reply by now......
PLS seniors advose me.......

They call your current company employer where you are working right now??? od they call to your employer of canada who gives you employment letter???

Hi Tarakrs,

Would it be possible to add a column to your chart - File Transfer Date. Guess, that would give us an idea of how many 2009 or early 2010 applicants have submitted in April....

Maybe the members whose names are listed in the chart, could help Tarakrs with your File Transfer Dates.

Man it is not that easy.... You can qualify for CEC (Canadian Experience Class) only if you have been studying in Community (Public funded) college or University. Many of these private college (The tricks you mentioned) are black listed. You may get an extension of study permit but 2 years of education from those colleges won't give you any points when you'll file your application under FSW.

BTW which city were u in Canada? I studied in Niagara College, Welland / St. Catharines and lived in Toronto for most of the time

See, there would be 60 days BF'D on your case which should be in the last week of August... If VO is satisfied with the query made to your employer and other docs on file, (S)he would request for Background Check. If you have traveled in multiple countries then, this could take little more time. At this point it is difficult to say anything about your time line however, you can apply for CAIPS. I know it takes 30-40 days but, still it is worth to order. Also, if you are lucky then you can hear anything anytime.

in my case BFD was 3month later(12april inprocess,11july deadline was set for verification completion)

If i compair yr BFD as my timeline is almost similar with yr , I think BFD date must have already been over.... Could i be wrong if I think so .......?
( as yr was for 7 July I had thought mine during last week of July or 1st week of August)

Due to which I had imagined that my file might be with Crime officer ..........but no news yet, so worried....

my two BFDs were of total 90(verification)+45(criminal)=135 days after InProcess date. they took ten more days to send me medicals after BFD was over. total 145 days.
hopefully you should hear form them(CHC) in next twenty days.

you calculate accordingly in your case.being worried is natural. but try to divert your mind to some other work to pass this waiting time.in my case CAIPS gave me little relaxation for one week.
