FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI IN APRIL 2010

What is apparent from the revised tracking chart , most of the guys who have been requested to send papers in Dec/Jan have their status changed to "In process" even if they have filed their application with CHC , Delhi in the month of April.

Thanks Imran. yes keeping fingers crossed... I guess you must have received the med/PPR/RPRF thru reg post. Wonder how they would send the same to Canada... my 2nd AOR took forever (more than 6 weeks) to reach.

If I am correct, according to your assumptions, if a person applied to CIC NS in February and submitted docs to CHC New Delhi in May/June will get IN-PROCESS status before an applicant who applied in Feb/March 2010 to CIC NS and submitted docs in April 2010 to CHC, New Delhi.

Is CHC New Delhi going by application submission date to CIC, Nova Scotia?

Hi everyone.....,

My luck is taking very long tryal to me.......
Still I have not got Medicals, ECAS is only IN PROCESS since 10 May 2010
aditional doc request was also on same date which was submitted on 1st June 2010, V Call was almost in July ( To my employer, only asking a question, Do you know Mr.............?

Since then no any update........pls comment on my situation about possible outcome.......
Even the April applicants have started to get the Medicals which is a good sign to them but my doc was submitted on 16th March....... poor me.......what to do...or not to do.....? My representative had requested for the latest update on my application on 21 August 2010 but no reply by now......
PLS seniors advose me.......

prashant bhai, its really painful to wait for such long time, my suggestion is to order CAIPS, things will be clear to u........

It is not like that... CHC checks your date of full submission of Docs first and then the date of docs requested.

For e.g. prsh-patel, Docs Req. 30 Jan 2010 and Docs Submitted 26 March 2010, got medicals before SD, Imran, steve, cprak even though this people were requested docs in Dec 2010. Prsh_patel got medi. before them coz he did full docs submission in march.

So, to conclude, I would say Month of Submission of Full Docs is first priority and Month of Request of Full docs is the approach to process application within the priority.

For April applicants it would be something like follow

My date of 1st AOR is March 15, 2010

Date of submission of docs/2nd AOR - April 27, 2010.

I observed some cases whose docs were sent to CHC, ND in March or April and my conclusion is as follows.

CHC checks your date of full submission of Docs first and then the date of docs requested.

hi tarak, u seems to be working very good here for all of us. i am a may applicant and i kno i am posting here but i have seen here that u are doing excellent work here for helping us so just a suggestion from you.and my time lines are - cic intake is 4 nov 2009, documents requested by new delhi is 12th jan 2010 and i sent full documents on 6th may (they recieved).i got my 2nd aor on 16th may. i went through your calculations but i am very confused. plse give me some time of urs and i want to kno ur prediction here in my case. i kno that about chc no one can totally predict but i believe ur prediction will atleast give me a good moral support. so m waiting for ur reply and tell me something here. your calculations r welcome

i have gone through ur calculations but it seems to be bit confusing.... what i have assumed from all the discussion is that it simply depends upon the date of application received at nova scotia. if u forget the previous pattern and just study the time lines of the persons who got IN process status in august and September only.... i may be wrong.... what u have to say on this?

guyss...my personal thinking is dat chc is goin through 1st aor date or file transfer date.....
but i have no idea how june 1st week got medicals ....he is doctor......
and dat guyss 1st aor was in feb.... i have seen his papers personally so its no rumour...
might b doctors r in more demand dan other categories...
wat other members have 2 say bot dis....
