Friends, I know it might sound totally silly to some of you but can there be inquiry by ndvo after dm and ppr issued by wvo? or ndvo simply stamps visa and issue copr?

Actually, as I am having wide responsibility area in employment, I have to give notice of resignation to my employer in much advance. It will take couple of months for me to deal with all the work in process.

I have a query related to TLU, hopefully people who has got TLU updated can answer it.
a) Usually how long it takes to get TLU after submitting medicals
b) what message we get in TLU

1) After you go through Medicals, the hospital uploads the report on server. This may take anywhere from 3-5 days.
After the upload, CIC approves medical result and updates TLU. This may take anywhere from 3-7 days.
In nutshell, anywhere from 6-12 days average from date of Medicals.

Don't worry as you will have till May 2016 to migrate, so you can afford to resign once you get your visa (and earn some extra bucks too).

AOR : 25-Feb-2015
SLU : 25-Apr-2015
MR/PCC/RPRF/Passport copies req : 15-May-2015
MR complete : 29-May-2015
TLU : 06-Jun-2015
PCC submitted with copies of passports and RPRF : 29-Jun-2015 (sent only the hard copies through TNT ; no soft copies sent via email)
DM/PPR : Awaited

1. Do I need to submit the softcopies of my documents to the email address received in MR/PCC/RPRF request email ?
2. Do I need to raise a CSE or send an email asking for the confirmation of receipts of the hard copies of my documents as I only know that it was received and signed by Kosewksi in Warszawa Annapol Depot ?
3. I had PCC from 3 countries (India, Ghana and USA) and also there was a change in passport due to the renewal for me and my two sons.

Please advise as I am worried and I will complete my 90 days on 15-Aug-2015 since I received the MR and still no news on my DM/PPR.

I have applied through a consultant / lawyer and he says not to raise any CSE as it can put my case in trouble !!

1. Sending soft copies is not compulsory but it is recommended because even if courier does not reach within 30 days, we can at least substantiate that physical copies were sent in due time.

2. Many applicants have raised CSE regarding receipt of documents and in many cases wvo has acknowledged the receipt also. I do not know why raising a CSE would jeopardize the application itself. You may raise CSE if you think it is necessary.

3. Were the passports renewed after sending copies thereof to wvo?

One more thing. Had wvo granted you extension in time limit to submit the documents? Because Your documents were sent after nearly 1.5 months of mr mail.

Technically I have time till February, 2016 only coz my passport will expire somewhere in august, 2016 and I need to leave before 6 months of expiry date of passport.

Now February is not a sensible idea for Canada will be too cold by then. At least from employment view point its not advisable. I do not prefer December to February for landing which leaves me for Mid October to Late November.

Can anyone help me with the procedure to procure FBI clearance certificate? Can we approach FBI approved channellers? They can get the reports faster in a week as compared to giving it to FBI directly where they take close to 3 months. I am given only 90 days.

Also it's been more than 10 yrs since I have lasted visited USA.. I have forgotten my SSN , is it mandatory to provide SSN ?

Hi,

I don't know much about this but I seem to recall reading somewhere on this forum that PCC issued by FBI channellers is not accepted. You have to get it directly from the FBI.

Did anyone received PPR/DM today?? It's almost 66 days since my TLU happened..and still no PPR/DM.. I am really worried guyz.. pls suggest what to do now...

No, me and my two kids' passports were renewed after our application had reached CIC on 13-Nov-15, as my passport was a handwritten passport and my kids' passports were due expiry in May 2015. So we got them renewed and informed CIC through a cover letter while submitting the hard copies of PCC, RPRF and passport copies.

Do I need to send them an email given in the MR request email or do I need to raise a CSE. Can you please share the CSE link if I am supposed to raise a CSE. The purpose of CSE is only to inform them that I had already sent them the hard copies and so want to confirm if they received it or not.

Hi all

Can anyone tell me how one can submitt passport once they receive the mail ? Do one need to go in person with all required docs to submitt it or if anyone else can submitt on your behalf.

M asking this coz m from delhi but need to go to punjab for a few weeks.

So in between if i get email to submitt passport...can i ask my parents to go and submitt on my behalf? Or i myself will need to go and submitt ?
