Hi Seniors,

I had received MR request along pcc request on 6/27 and as my wife is pregnant i asked visa office to grant me extention , they provided and said to submit documents of new born with in 1 month of delivery and we can give medicals also at same tile along new born medical.
However , when we approached doctor they accepted to do medical x ray with shield at belly area. I submitted medicals , our India pcc and Usa pcc with in time frame they provided that is 1 month.
Our china pcc which was taking longer than expected , we asked for extention along change of mailing address but we get mailing address changed with no confirmation for china pcc extension.
I got my china pcc and as on 7/8 visa office received that.

I am confused if visa office will accept my delayed china pcc or not.

please help me understand.

thks n rgds

It should not be a problem.
Visa offices give deadlines so that people do not take the requirements lightly. :)

Friends .. Submitted Passport today to VFS Mumbai. As per communication with them, stamping takes 5-7 working days. Also they give option to courier back to home address or collect it from VFS. Total fees for me and spouse was around 1158 Rs. Documents submitted were
1. Passport
2. 2 Photographs ( one photo should have address of photo studio behind it and date on which photo was taken)
3. Cover Letter
4. Print out of email with form ( Details to be filled in this form are Family Name, Given Name, DOB, Passport expiry date, Height, Colour of eyes)

Let me know if any more details are required on this.

As you mentioned that vfs gives option for courier to home address,,, is this address should be same as ECAS address or it could be any of our choice

Congrats!! See my response below,
1. Yes, you need to send all passport pages including blanks.
2. Ideally scan copy of all passport pages and RPRF payment receipt on email should do. But, in case of PCC or any other document you should send physical copy. To be on the safer side send email (not more than 4mb attachement even after zip) and physical copies too. I did that at least.
3. Prefer to use CC, if not send DD. Paying through debit card or netbanking not recommended - payment might get blocked due to international transfers. Do not take risk.
4. MR receipt is not required as such since medical reports would directly be uploaded to CIC but sending that is no harm be it on email or physical. I sent on email and physical both -- copy of all passport pages for myself and family, RPRF fee receipt filled out with Application and UCI Number for all members and home address - mandatory, they will not be able to attach the receipt with your file otherwise.
5. please refer to above

Hope it helps.

passport copies shud be notary attested...???
and wht if the copies by email exceeds 4 mb limit... i mean if it is 4.5 MB...will they not accept

No attestation Required at this stage unless specifically asked for.
1. Ensure that all the Pages are clearly scanned
2. scan in smaller DPI.
3. the email will not be received by them if larger than 4 mb because their systems donot allow the same.

WVO please shower some DM / PPR today .......

Waiting .....waiting......and waiting

Processng started by Warsaw office: 27-Apr-15.
MR Date: 08-May-15.
Medicals Done: 20-May-15.
TLU: 10-Jun-15.

Now eagerly waiting for the all important DM / PPR. :)

Regards,
jj_ind

My heartiest best wishes to all awaiting the very good news! :)

It's been 58 days since medicals and 50 days since TLU. Hopefully the action will begin anytime soon.

Most likely we shall be hearing some DM updates today as recently Visas for WVO PPR were issued by NDVO and WVO in turn issued PPRs for already DM. so new batch shall start today.

Although no logic can beat WVO's incompetence along with NDVO, still being positive to hear some good news.
