I have the same timeline..but brother, it does not makes any sense to raise CSE at this moment. We have seen and learned from other people's experience that the process from Medical rec. to PPR can take upto 30-60days and we have just passed a month.

Hang in there...we will surely get results by this month

That's true, but year of validity of visa will be counted from the day Medicals were received, correct me if I am wrong, so we will be losing almost one to two months period of the valididy, sooo sad

Yes, it is correct that VISA is issued prior to PPR request. At least, this is what I have seen from the timelines of other people.

My timeline as follows
1. Application received - December 24, 2014.
2. PER – March 25 2015
3. AOR - May 25, 2015.
4. Medical Request : May 28,2015
5. Medical Done : June 12,2015
6. TLU : 23 June 2015

Hi Your Medical Request is so fast only it tooks 3 days after AOR. you are really Lucky in this process otherwise i have a same timeline up to AOR and still waiting the MR. :'( :'( :'( :'(

Friends .. Submitted Passport today to VFS Mumbai. As per communication with them, stamping takes 5-7 working days. Also they give option to courier back to home address or collect it from VFS. Total fees for me and spouse was around 1158 Rs. Documents submitted were
1. Passport
2. 2 Photographs ( one photo should have address of photo studio behind it and date on which photo was taken)
3. Cover Letter
4. Print out of email with form ( Details to be filled in this form are Family Name, Given Name, DOB, Passport expiry date, Height, Colour of eyes)

Let me know if any more details are required on this.
