My cousin who applied through express entry boarded the plane yesterday for Canada. Funny to see a Dec 2014 applicant seeing off a Feb 2015 applicant and I have yet to receive my medicals. WVO should speed up!

Came to know that the security check includes re verification at all police station from where we have ontained the PCC. The VO also cross checks with the respective police stations, Any idea about this ?

my observation is "files with medical requests around 5th to 12th May are pending"....my wild guess they may have lost some data or a visa officer who was dealing with these files
remember there was a flood of medical emails during this period....and then everything slowed down again....so a brilliant and hardworking warsaw officer paid the price of his efficiency.... or a data corruption delaying processing of files of this period.....

Your observation is incorrect. I say so since they were able to locate our application and add medicals. That is the reason we got TLU. We wouldn't get TLU if there was a system issue.

Week 3 = 10
Week 4 = 14

June 2015 Trends where TLU happened----

Week 1 = 14
Week 2 = 02
Week 3 = 03
Week 4 = 01

There must be a reason why Warsaw is slowing down the application.. As I stated earlier in Sep'15 new college batch get started and they all are busy in issuing Student visas.. What I feel we will see some movement in Aug'15 onward not before that...

Your analysis is in the right direction. However in my opinion for September intake, applications would either be issued or in process. So let's hope they pick up the speed this week and issue more DM

I have applied under new express entry system too.
I have 369 points still below cut off 469.
People with job offer or provincial nomination got it easy as they get additional 600 points for that.
