Dear All,

Here is the response to the email enquiry I sent to NDVO regarding the transfer of my file to Warsaw visa office.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

In response to your inquiry about the transfer of your file to our Warsaw office, please note that we have a flexible global network and our New Delhi office has high processing demands. In order to ensure the most efficient processing of your file, it has been transferred to our Warsaw office, where the processing demands are lower. There is no action required by you at this time. Should further information or action be required, you will be contacted.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Immigration Section/ Section de l'immigration
High Commission of Canada/ Haut-Commissariat du Canada
PO Box 5209

so they are using any pattern or it is a random pick and what abt verification.

Verification is their duty and they can easily do it thru 3rd party , whom NDVO hires for verification

Hi friends,
I contacted warsaw to include my newborn daughter. Had a big confusion to draw a DD for CAD150. Finally, I had opened an account in HDFC bank from where we can draw CAD Demand Draft which wil be issued by THE BANK OF NOVA SCOTIA. Remember that Warsaw VO accepts the payment (1) DD in Canadian Dollars issued by a Canadian Bank (2) A certificate issued by the Post Office in Poland where you deposit money to get it in person.

After a lot of search in the net and a lot of phone calls (I am currently working in Maldives whereas my father already draw a DD from SBI thinking to send it it NDVO) I found that ONLY HDFC can issue from any of it's branches in INDIA from the bank of Nova Scotia. And we must have an account to draw a DD. (Bank of Nova Scotia is in India but most of it's branches are closed)

It is not only me who need this info. As we all will need to send the landing fee after the successful medicals (unless the file is transferred back to NDVO) we need to draw a DD in CAD (CAD 490 for applicant and CAD 490 for Spouse). Credit card, debit card etc will not be accepted.

If you have an account in HDFC, be happy. Others find the possibilities to open an account and be ready.

Thanks n good luck guys, Looks like Warsaw is working better now. Got scared after reading the opinion about that VO.

Hey you can not take account of the earlier timelines apart from the ones from may'2014
The Canadian immigration until 2013 was a lengthy process, if the processing time hadn't gone less than a year as it is now, I wouldn't even have applied. My bro-in-law(canada resident) and other consultants were told that the process has changed and PR issued quicker than the earlier years. Until 2013 the background check alone took atleast a year.
So lets pray its quicker than 9 months as the CIC needs to clear our applications and start working on EE.

Xman, are you in the whatsapp group for NOC 2241?
if not please pm or share your number here, will add you!

He's not taking account to that earlier timeframe vish.777 but only showing us about it. We all know that currently the process of FSW has been laid down as fast track processing otherwise no one of us would be wasting our time. With the divergence of FSW files to other VO other than NDVO has created new wave of refreshment among all applicants with the hope of their processing being much faster than NDVO could offer. So everyone is hopeful. Good luck dude.

I dont think its a waste of time ever, eventually applicants will get PR but the WAIT game has gone from test cricket to T20 is what I meant, and said the above so that people dont assume Warsaw is going to work according to those older timelines and start losing hope.

Hi all,

I've just received my MR from Warsaw!

My timeline is as follows:
21-JUL-2014 - in CIO
15-NOV-2014 - PER
01-DEC-2014 - AoR from Warsaw
15-JAN-2015 - Processing started, 2nd line in eCAS
12-FEB-2015 - Medical Request

RomanSpb has received an MR from Warsaw office. This clearly indicates that Warsaw VO is currently sending MRs to mid Nov PERs applicants or 01 Dec AORs. So, whomsoever including myself, who has received AORs from WVO in first week of Feb need to wait atleast two months for the MR.

Welcome priya and rides
Congratulations romanspb for MR
Hoping we all get MR within two months and WARSAW works to its potential
My only concern is there are only two VO assigned to WARSAW thats why they are taking time and around 20 local staff.
Refer my post on other Indian thread of Warsaw.
All the best to all applicants.

Is not CIO, NDVO aware of this fact? Even then they have sent the files of fast working NDVO to lethargic WVO instead to any other VO. This is the case when WVO has not stamped even a single PR. May applicants are still waiting for their PPR. I have a quite apprehension that seeing the working style of WVO, our case will be lingered for long. They take maximum time after MR.
I have never expected such a blind eye by CIC.
