My observations for the NDVO applicants transferred to WARSAW
1. Majority of them are having experience of 10+ years few above 5 years
2. Most of them have sent PCC with application. PCC is dated 10/09/2014 and application received on 22/10/2014.
3. Majority have score above 71 points and spouse IELTS included.
4. I guess majority have send well documented application with additional supporting documents.

Hi All,
According to CIC online status my application received on 3rd october and i got PER on 17th December.
NVDO was my visa office that I mentioned in my application. I saw applicants receiving PER in January has already got AOR from Warsaw Visa office but i have not got any AOR till date. Is that mean My application is still in NVDO as I heard NVDO won't sent AOR mail. I want to know how the background check will be performed. They will inform you before as there may be miss communication sometimes. Also I recently finished my PhD and if i ahve to add this degree in my application do I again need to do Credential Evaluation. I hope as I already got PER mail my points are sufficient without that degree as well. Anyone can suggest me?

Thank you

Dear All,

Here is the response to the email enquiry I sent to NDVO regarding the transfer of my file to Warsaw visa office.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

In response to your inquiry about the transfer of your file to our Warsaw office, please note that we have a flexible global network and our New Delhi office has high processing demands. In order to ensure the most efficient processing of your file, it has been transferred to our Warsaw office, where the processing demands are lower. There is no action required by you at this time. Should further information or action be required, you will be contacted.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.
