A small update - i just got an email saying my application has been received by CIC and the VO is Warsaw, Poland.

App. Recd. 22th Oct, 2014
PER - 23rd Jan., 2015
VO - NDVO (but now it is Warsaw, Poland)
NOC - 0112

Are there any other oct applicants from India who have received a similar email?

I need to raise a CSE since we have shifted to a new house and i have left my job. Will i need to send the hard copy of the documents or wait till they ask for the same after I submit a CSE?

I am requesting all those members who got AOR from some other visa office to please answer the following questions as it might help others in drawing some important conclusions:

1. Do you have any travel history outside India?
Yes, been in the Canada for 03 weeks.
2. Your NOC and total work experience
4011, worked for 10+ years in same institute.
3. How many jobs you have changed since the beginning of your professional career.
Worked in same Institute since joining

Nope, my PER has arrived on January 12, still no AOR.

I am in a dilemma to be happy for receiving an apparent AOR or to be worried of the file transfer to a VO that has the same reputation as NDVO

were you congratulated or sympathised when you got this email ???

I have also noticed that the email text for both Warsaw and Colombo are different. The email from Warsaw VO states that we have received your application on a certain date whereas the email from Colombo VO states that your file has been transferred to Colombo for faster processing....

What a mystery...

i havent recived a mail yet but my secondd line got updated does that mean my file is not transfered

chances are yours will stay with NDVO, they are one of the VOs who arent sending out AORs so unless you receive an email soon from a different VO you will stay with NDVO

My application does not need physical verification, not sure of an interview cos as far as am concerned I sent every supporting document possible to keep my file clear off any possible suspicion in any aspect. Its totally their discretion for an interview after the case officer looks into a file so I dont reckon they can decide about an interview so early in the process.

If we know the application scenarios of other applicants probably that will give us more information on what terms are these files being scattered to different VOs.

I think they are transferring all applications whose PER was recieved in Jan2015 to Colombo/Warsaw.

Not true. I recd PER on 8th Jan. Have not recd AOR so it seems my app is with NDVO.
