yesterday called up cic and got info about my file transfer. The file has been transferred to Warsaw on 3rd. Just wanted to inform you guys. Should i feel worried as i heard this visa office is particularly slow in processing?

I tried raising case specific enquiry to Warsaw VO for change of representatives mailing address, in the TYPE of application what should I enter?

I don't see an option of Federal Skiller Worker, I only see "Permanent Residence in Canada", Visitor, Student and Worker.

Hi Guys raising CSE at warsaw VO since my file has been transferred from NDVO to WVO. I have drafted a letter, need to know if it sounds right and if there are any changes that i should make or even word it better. Do let me know....Seniors please help. Please note i m sending the exp letter dated september....i know its kinda late....but before they ask me...updataing them....will attach my notorized exp letter and pssport scans front and rear.

I wish to bring to your attention that I have quite my job at ABC which is stated as current job in the application. While filing the application I was on leave but did not resume service for personal reasons, hence my last date of service was taken into account. Attached is my experience letter for your reference. I am currently evaluating three job offers.
Address Pin Code Error
This is to bring to your attention that the area pincode 4*****4 is stated incorrectly in the PER , AOR mail and ECAS system, the correct are pincode is 4****1. The same is reflected in my application and the passport (attached to the mail).

Hi JR16,

My new address is now reflecting on ECAS portal. The following information must be included in your address change request:

- the full name of applicant and original signature,
- the applicant's date of birth,
- the file number [Letter followed by a nine-digit number],
- telephone number, including area code,
- the mailing address, and
- a return fax number and/or e-mail address (if available)


So, just write an application, signed it and scanned it. Then, raise CSE and upload the scanned document. This will work. Make sure your signature matches with the original PR application.

Some people are claiming that Files of NDVO is getting transfer to Warsaw/Colombo.

Without any mail from NDVO.... I have sent courier of my PCC along with my new employer details to NDVO.

I do not know what will happen now. whether I should be happy or worried.
