Thanks bluemav! :)

GoodLuck!

Sa dami at hirap ng documents to prove legality of de facto spouse (aka, common law partnership), tingin ko mas maganda nga na magpakasal nalang kayo. Secret marriage? Ha ha ha! ;)

Do you think I should file for an affidavit regarding the company's delayed payment in SSS claims?

Wow guys! Good for our nurses too! :)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Determine your eligibility – Federal skilled workers
Skilled workers are people who are chosen as permanent residents based on their ability to prosper in Canada.

We assess federal skilled worker (FSW) applications based on the factors set out below.
A) Basic eligibility...
No matter what category above you apply to, you must meet ALL the minimum requirements below.

B) Minimum requirements
Work experience
Language ability
Education

C) Six selection factors
If you meet all the conditions set out in sections A and B above,
we will process your application based on the six selection factors in the skilled worker points grid.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

please correct me if i'm wrong.

Hi everyone :)
I'm one of the FSW 2014 spreadsheet admins, and to my surprise I've just found out that you have your own spreadsheet. I wonder why? Is it something you're more comfortable with, or would you be interested in merging the spreadsheets? :)
This is just a proposition, for you to decide. I feel like it would be beneficial to everyone, and I'm willing to cooperate. Please see a copy of my post from the main FSW 2014 thread below.

Thank you :)

To me it looks like it would benefit everyone if we all use a single spreadsheet: it means better statistics for us, and Pinoy applicants will get nice things like automation in the spreadsheet.

I'm willing to cooperate with Pinoy applicants / admins to ensure they feel comfortable using our main spreadsheet for their applications and that the spreadsheet contains the fields they need.

If we merge the spreadsheets like this, the only downside I see for Pinoy applicants is that they will have to re-enter their data once, using the main spreadsheet entry URL, next time they want to edit it.

There may be some other options as well, so I invite Pinoy admins to send me a PM to discuss this together with our main spreadsheet admins.
Anyway, it's for Pinoy people to choose.

Hi Guys, please share your insights if you know... last 2009 I applied under FSW program and it seems that Local Visa Office gives the PER and the NER that time right??? Because I read back my letter from Sydney, NS and it is indicated that:

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application is being recommended to the visa office for a final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of:

X Work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of
Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on
28 November 2008.

After that my files was forwarded to Local Visa Office and Manila and later on, my application was assessed as ineligible due to my work experience.

Is it correct that at this FSW program, the decision of eligibility is on Sydney, NS... Is it correct?

Thanks

1. Pagkakaintindi ko passing the language ability ng principal applicant is a must. Without it, rejection na.
2. points from language ability of the spouse/common law spouse is optional at the option of the principal applicant if i submit nya to get additional point. pero pag
walang ang no. 1 useless ang no. 2

bosschip, sss contributions record is just a substitute or a corroborative supporting documents. Kung ok naman ang COE at JD mo and other documents bakit ka pa
mag affidavit?

Hi @dmitrych , I think the one who spearheaded the pinoy spreadsheet just want to help each fellow Filipinos out on tracking each other's development, but from the start, did encourage all active members in this thread to sign up for both the Global and Pinoy spreadsheets. It's more of a complementary spreadsheet to the global one, no intention of splitting it. :)

Hi dmitrych.
Most of us here are also part of the global ss. But im happy that a pinoy member also created one specially for us. It is simplier, the entries are few and easily monitored at a glance, and for me it goes up to personal level wherein i feel good and happy getting an update thru our ss that another pinoy makes it. This is just my opinion and doesn't represent others opinion.

Good for you.. nahati ang mga RNs.. wide open ang NOC 3012.. May tropa din akong RNs under FSWP.

Timing lang ;)
