Dami rin nag applied na RNs under QSWP. I wonder lang kung ano ang diffenrence nila with FSWP.

Good for you.. nahati ang mga RNs.. wide open ang NOC 3012.. May tropa din akong RNs under FSWP.

Timing lang

Minimum IELTS band score sa QSWP is 5 kaya mas maraming nag apply doon. No need for ECA pa.

Thanks po dito. Opo, aware naman po ako. Kaso too high lang ung need ko to meet 67 points. kaya naisip ko po alternative un sa common law partner IELTS.

Sa review kasi, lage lang ako 6-6.5

For ECA.. better do it with WES. Nanjan na yung instructions kung pano. same tayo nasa KSA

Hi Guys, please share your insights if you know... last 2009 I applied under FSW program and it seems that Local Visa Office gives the PER and the NER that time right??? Because I read back my letter from Sydney, NS and it is indicated that:

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application is being recommended to the visa office for a final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of:

X Work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of
Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on
28 November 2008.

After that my files was forwarded to Local Visa Office and Manila and later on, my application was assessed as ineligible due to my work experience.

Is it correct that at this FSW program, the decision of eligibility is on Sydney, NS... Is it correct?

I reckon the full verification will be done in your local VO so as the decision. Sydney NS are just assessing if you meet the requirements and after forwarding your application to your VO then they ore the one who will making the decision..

Timing nga lang talaga.

FSW is more document-intensive compared to QSW. QSW is a safer bet but the process takes up time. Another advantage of QSW is that they do not require proof of settlement funds at the time of application. On the other hand, FSW is really fast and a straightforward process to immigrating to CAD. It was more easy to take the QSW process during 2012 because nurses have few options for immigration to CAD due to the removal of most allied health care professions during 2013. Kaya ang bilis lumipas ng panahon nung mga 2012 QSW applicants.

Kaya lang sumikat ngayon sa Pinas ang QSW ay dahil sa pag number 1 ng Nurses sa in-demand list nila this Aug 2013.

1. Pagkakaintindi ko passing the language ability ng principal applicant is a must. Without it, rejection na.
2. points from language ability of the spouse/common law spouse is optional at the option of the principal applicant if i submit nya to get additional point. pero pag
walang ang no. 1 useless ang no. 2

bosschip, sss contributions record is just a substitute or a corroborative supporting documents. Kung ok naman ang COE at JD mo and other documents bakit ka pa
mag affidavit?

kanina pa nga ako d2 sa site ng WES. kaso hindi ako mkaclick kc nagdadalwang isip ako baka sa ibang firm dpat ako magregister. nurse kc ako so ok lang nman cguro kahit anong course para sa WES?
