I am so worried about my past 3companies, would you please advise me & ease my anxiety.

1. 2012-present no issue I can provide the required work reference + any other supporting documents
2. 2008-2012 no issue as well I can provide the required work reference + any other supporting documents
3. 2007-2008 I can provide both required work reference + other supporting documents
~but problem is the company was liquidated. I can get live status from ACRA as a proof but do I really need to disclose this to CIC with notarized self declaration / affidavit?
4. Oct-Dec 2006 3months-I am under agency deployed to a client, I took the job temporary while waiting for oversea opportunity. I went back home to get a detailed work reference letter signed but unfortunately that company was nowhere to be found as it was already shutdown in 2007. I only got a standard work reference letter which only shows my job title & tenure. Do I need to get notarized self declaration / affidavit for this?
5. 2004-Aug 2006 I managed to get my ex boss to signed the detailed work reference letter in the company letterhead & I indicated my boss hand phone number on it. The issue was the said company was already closed down in 2007/2008, do you think CIC will need to call the company & do the verification even though it's 10years back? Do I need to disclosed to CIC that the company has already closed down? On my affidavit do I need to get my ex boss to sign it?

Please please help

What you can do is to make additional supporting documents on why you won't be able to get reference letters on the ones that you can't get, write detailed explanation about the ones that are now closed down. Based on what you have naman, you still qualify pa for the points that you need for work experience, that's the most important thing. And I think that the fact that you tried your best to get the other experience letters signifies your honesty and determination to give everything that CIC asked us applicants to submit. I don't think it will be a problem.

Di pa ko nakakasagot. Si ppmom yon hehe.

f=For those close na try to get SSS and PhilHealth records.. These records will show the companies were paying your contributions to them which means these companies were existing during the period you are claiming to have been employed by them. These are evidence of their existence.

NOw for your job details. Since no other options, send a notarized affidavit stating the circumstances.. group them according to companies para hindi magulo kahit na nasa iisang affidavit lang. Mention other supporting documents you have as annexes. Aside mentioning that they were close na you emphasize the details required by the CIC for point system- job descriptions and tenure. Also mention what type of contract or employment you had with them, compensation etc.Check if the business name of the company is the same with the company name. Kasi iba, iba ang company name sa SEC pero ang name ng pwesto or store or business (example) ay iba din pero legitimate naman ang ganito..Just in case mag check ang LVO ng records with SEC.

Do you have ITRs? Then you may attach them. For support of your compensation and again connection with the company. Makikita kasi doon ang remitting company mo-employer mo.

Kakagaling ko lang po sa consultant ko. Nagtanong po ako ng alternative if ever hindi ko makuha un required ielts score ko. Sabi nia is un common law partner nga sasama ko un boyfriend ko sa apply pero risky na daw un ngaun. Sino po ba dito ang nag apply with common law partner? Ano po ang pinakamaganda pa evidence na isubmit?
