Yea tama ka bluemav ung noc applied for lang inaasessed. Kaya sa mga 1111 jan baka nagcla claim kayo ng experience pero ang job description is accounting technician o bookeeper lang. O sa 0111 na ang past experience is actually 1111 lang at recently lang naging 0111. Yan ang case ko i have 15 years experience pero hindi lahat yon 1111 kasi kahit cpa ako i started as accounting technician then bookkeeper although iba position title ko pero parang ganon ang jd. At dapat 0111 ako sa position ko ngayon pero kakapromote ko lang barely 3 yeara ago after ko lumabas sa accounting office for 4 years. So i opted to apply as 1111 dahil makacount din na 1111 ang present position ko pati past position ko and i will get higher points for experience.

Sa picture bosschips sa malapit sa sm north maganda ang isang photostudio don sm north sa bridge going to car park sa likod near northlink. Sa lahat napa id han ko yon ang pinakamaganda. Bilis pa. Ififit in nila kung aling suit ang gusto mo. Di ka magsusuot sa computer na nila i fit in. Pati mga bata may ready na damit sa computer ilagay nalang leeg at ulo. Mamili ka color at design. Ganda ko don parang tisay pati asawa ko wapu picture haha. May kids are adorable lalo. Hehe.

Zyber i posted the post of a member in global thread which shows a page of acover letter of a returned app. There it has statement regarding eilts. Something like ielts is either expired or will expire on ____________. This statement is alarming it opens to a possible non compliance even the ielts is not yet expired. What you think sis?

i read it before and it mentioned that valid for two years, my understanding is, if your ielts say 23 months old then that is still valid, i can't find any documents stating that ielts should be valid for XX months upon submitting your application...once the immigration review your file they will look at the received date..e.g. some forms maybe updated now but it doesnt mean that our application will be affected with that changes so as ielts, they can not say that you have expired ielts while it is valid when you lodge your application...once application lodged it is immig responsibility and you are out of control...we never know when the immig will review your file...what about those application that takes long before cic make an assessment, would it mean that their ielts will not be accepted if that expired at cic office...maybe not...

I agree with A-cheng. Ako nga may 4 years work experience ako na di pasok sa NOC 1111. I just declared it pero sa self-computation ko di ko na sinama

You have a point there sis. However, the inclusion of the phrase " or eilts will expire on ________________" has a purpose otherwise they will say it straight your eilts is expired period. The direct statement will free them from misinterpretation yet, it is stated with "or" as if it gives them a little room for something that we can only surmise to be an internal policy. A 15 days difference from receipt to expiration may cause some worries but hopefully the Valuating Officer is considerate enough to act favorably for the applicant.

Minsan ang rules parang batas lang yan anywhere in the world where the courts are reversing their own decisions or interpreting the law otherwise kesyo spirit of the law or the needs of time and circumstance ;D

Anyway, we can just wait for the update of our kababayan here but hopefully it will be PER.

That's true. I think, it really depends on the person who will be assigned to review your application.
I just hope whoever he is, he may find in his heart the generosity and kindness not to reject my IELTS.

nagulo isipan ko dyan kaya nagbasa pa uli ako. A consulting agency based iabroad PER issuance ang interpretationon...on the safe side.

i think this is the best and legitimate answer...so kahit bukas expiration ngvielts at nareceived ng cic ngayun yungvapplication mo then it is counted...
