My application has been returned. I applied under NOC 0111 and it reached on May 7th. This is the return message:

"After review, your application does not meet the requirements of a complete application pursuant of Regulation (R) 10 of IRPA.

You have identified National Occupational Classification (NOC) code: 0111 - Financial Managers as the primary occupation to be assessed. All supporting documentation provided regarding this work experience history was taken into consideration. The employment letter from <My current organization> does not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

Therefore, I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC 0111 - Financial Managers

NOTE: Any reference to work experience in a NOC code other than the primary occupation identified on your application has not been assessed pursuant to R(10) of IRPA.

As your application does not meet the requirements of R(10) of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you for this reason"

PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT I CAN DO NEXT?

NOC 0111 cap is still far away from having been filled? Can I still get a more detailed letter from my organization explaining my duties in more elaboration which are in sync with how the essential duties are described in NOC website and re-send the application?

Yea tama ka bluemav ung noc applied for lang inaasessed. Kaya sa mga 1111 jan baka nagcla claim kayo ng experience pero ang job description is accounting technician o bookeeper lang. O sa 0111 na ang past experience is actually 1111 lang at recently lang naging 0111. Yan ang case ko i have 15 years experience pero hindi lahat yon 1111 kasi kahit cpa ako i started as accounting technician then bookkeeper although iba position title ko pero parang ganon ang jd. At dapat 0111 ako sa position ko ngayon pero kakapromote ko lang barely 3 yeara ago after ko lumabas sa accounting office for 4 years. So i opted to apply as 1111 dahil makacount din na 1111 ang present position ko pati past position ko and i will get higher points for experience.

naku yan di ko matandaan ung lagayan kasi wala name brown small envelope lang. Basta nag iisa lang sya sa bridge na photostudio . Maliit lang. Either bridge na nasa malapit sa jco donut or sa may pa grooming ng mga pets na pwesto. Parang 120 lang 8 pcs with cd for the soft copy. Tagal na kasi march pa kami nagpapicture. Saka recommended sya ng agency so alam na ang sukat. Ganda ng kuha talaga e. Di ako makapaniwala sa mukha ko. Lol. Maganda ang resolution at ang bilis di naman naphotoshop masyado.
Teka tanda ko pa kasama sa models na group pictures sa front nila si denise cornejo ung involved sa vhong navarro case.

Hi. Anyone from here had their application sent with a near IELTS expiry. Please share your experience.
Mine will expire on July 20, 2014, but already submitted my application last week.
Just have fear that it might be returned due to expired IELTS. Thank you fellow applicants.

hello to all i missed the forum and just back in action!!!!

immigration website mentioned that ielts should be no more than too years old..if your application received by cic on july 19 then this is still valid..e.g. what is the difference of submitting an ielts with 6 more months before expiry and reviewed by cic officer say after 8 months, do you think the immig officer will come back to you to say that your ielts is expired? of course not...take note that the counting always start when cic received your application unless otherwise they specified e.g. passport...but for ielts it clearly says at least within two years...hope this helps....i can sendvyou the link if you want...sorry for some error in typing just so hard to use mobile phone..

Have you received your PER already? JD is very important in your Certificate of Employment. I know some of FSW 2013 applicants experienced returned applications due to missing JD.

Hello Seniors,

I am so worried about my past 3companies, would you please advise me & ease my anxiety.

1. 2012-present no issue I can provide the required work reference + any other supporting documents
2. 2008-2012 no issue as well I can provide the required work reference + any other supporting documents
3. 2007-2008 I can provide both required work reference + other supporting documents
~but problem is the company was liquidated. I can get live status from ACRA as a proof but do I really need to disclose this to CIC with notarized self declaration / affidavit?
4. Oct-Dec 2006 3months-I am under agency deployed to a client, I took the job temporary while waiting for oversea opportunity. I went back home to get a detailed work reference letter signed but unfortunately that company was nowhere to be found as it was already shutdown in 2007. I only got a standard work reference letter which only shows my job title & tenure. Do I need to get notarized self declaration / affidavit for this?
5. 2004-Aug 2006 I managed to get my ex boss to signed the detailed work reference letter in the company letterhead & I indicated my boss hand phone number on it. The issue was the said company was already closed down in 2007/2008, do you think CIC will need to call the company & do the verification even though it's 10years back? Do I need to disclosed to CIC that the company has already closed down? On my affidavit do I need to get my ex boss to sign it?

Please please help
