Hello guys,

Few questions po:

1. Is it mandatory to include pages on your passport stamped by immigration officer as evidence of your travel history? (dun sa Travel form iinidicate mo kasi yung countries na nag-tour/work ka)

2. In Schedule 3 - Economic classes, ano po nilagay nyo sa Primary Education? Is it the NOC description? For instance, NOC ko is 2174, so sa Primary Occupation lagay ko ay Computer Programmer?

Note! Computer Programmer is the NOC description of NOC code 2174

3. In Additional Family Info form, there are 4 rows in Section C (Brothers and Sisters). However, I only have 3 siblings, can I leave the 4th row blank? (I'm not comfortable leaving blanks ) or lagyan ko dapat ng "Not applicable" lahat ng fields sa 4th row? What did you do?

4. For OFWs, did you include a copy of your Work Pass from your passport? (Ex. Malaysian Work Pass, Employment Pass, S Pass etc)

teka yung sabi mo ba na "instruction sabi sa guide" ay na mag-attach ng separate sheet? kasi andami ko pala tanong dun sa line na yun hehe

talaga? same form? pero pwede din naman extra sheet ano? nilagyan ko naman ng Name, title of the form, name and signature.

Based sa instructions from the Form. Extra sheet ok na. kahit may signature ok lang pero hindi naman nakalagay na need ng signature.

"If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper whith further details. Print your name at the top of each additional sheet and indicate the form's title and the number of question you are answering."

mapapansin nyo pag filled out thru a computer, some of the fields changed color if they are not applicable after answering related fields.
It means it is not applicable. Yet, you have the option to write not applicable after printing.
What I am trying to say is, when it is gray in color, the pdf system didnt allow you to fill it out coz it is not applicable.

So, no need to write N/A na sa mga grayed out fields? For the others who filed their application already, did you still write N/A or leave it blank na lang? (I'm kind of uneasy leaving blanks fields )

Based sa instructions from the Form. Extra sheet ok na. kahit may signature ok lang pero hindi naman nakalagay na need ng signature.

..interesting...malamang kumikitang kabuhayan ito..but honestly napakalakinh favour nito for those seekingvPCC sa qatar..

hi Guys, almost completed na po forms ko (Thank God) pero meron po sana ako gsto iclarify.

1. Yung pictures po ba ok lng na iclip s pinaka 1st page?

2 I included my spouse po with my application, yung form Sched A and Add'l Family Info lang naman po ang forms na dapat nya pirmahan dba.

2. Sa generic application form po, ano po ba ang ilalagay sa Immigration office requested in processing application?

1. Pwede po ba na handwritten ang pag accomplish ng forms, nagkakaproblem po kasi ako kapag mahaba yung details na need ko ifill tapos di na magkasya characters?

2. Sa generic application form po, ano po ba ang ilalagay sa Immigration office requested in processing application?

1. pwede naman, pero iwasan mo handwritten sa generic form, kasi validated yang form na yan.
2. kung nasa pinas ka, Manila

hindi ko pa napa-pass application ko pero ang gagawin ko siguro,
seal photo in a tiny envelope and pin it on a plain paper.
Arrange it according sa document checklist. so after sya ng NBI.

yes, dalawa lang din ang sa amin. Spouse - Sched A and Add'l Family Info.

guys, medyo confused lang.. sa Generic form. ask nila ung full name according sa name sa passport.. ang nailagay ko is first and last name lang without MIDDLE NAME. meron po kaya maging problema sa papers ko? PLS ADVICE.. salamat sa inyo.
