When i entered Philippines and citizen, the other fields went gray. Bluish gray to be exact. NOthing. The other fields actually refer to Others.

Nakakalito lng po dahil sabi sa guide ,specify date you have been living in the current country of residence. How about yung iba, ano sinulat nyo?mejo contradicting yung ibang specific guidelines.

I will be applying under the NOC 0112 (Human Resources Managers); I have a question regarding proof of settlement funds - can I also attach my Retirement Pay when I resigned from my present employer aside from bank statements? It will help more or less to reach the required fund for 3 people (around 18,000CAD).

nung una kong niffill-up, di ko isinama ung middle name ko. pero eventually isinama ko na din dami kasi iba-iba ginawa dito eheh.

napansin ko kasi kakaiba yung PH passport natin, nakahiwalay pa talaga ang middle name. eh nicheck ko kasi sa mga visa na nakadikit sa passport ko, puro nakadugtong yung middle name ko sa given name ko, kaya isinulat ko na din. baka ganun sa ibang bansa like sa canada.

As much as possible para lang sure... dun sa separate sheet, lagyan niyo rin ng Signatory box and date box sa ilalim kasi remember, extenstion yung paper na yun nung CIC doc and means na pinanunumpaan na true yung nakasulat.

Eto naman ang turo ng consultant for the personal history and additional family information. Pag di kumasya, use the same page of the form, write those not included in the main form. Kasi before, i attached an extra sheet. Pero sabi what they( consultant) will do is to print it in the same page of the form, don lang sa portion na yon. Other fields blank.
No need to attach extra sheet.


Sa palagay ko naman sa economic form, if you attach another document listing all your duties and responsibilities, make sure you put the title of the form, your name and sign it. baka madetach lagot!

Need pa ba isama yung high school diploma and form 137 sa application as supplementary document?

Nalito kasi ako, nung pinasa nung girlfriend ko yung documents nya pinasama pa din nung immigration consultant. Sa pagkakaintindi ko is WES, TOR and Diploma lang yung pinapasubmit ng CIC. One last document that I need to process just incase. Sana hindi pa cap reach yung 2174

Although, may positive response na yung application ng girlfriend ko this month pero hinabol lang sa 2013 end of April, bago nag-open ulit for 2014. Ang bilis ng process for Audiologist.

BTW. Napansin ko na almost a month na yung tinagal nung mga bagong request for WES assessment.

Original ECA + Copies of TOR and DIPLOMA, kung meron kang Cert of Graduation sama mo na rin.. no need na yung HS Credentials kasi may ECA ka na.

around 1month ang process ng WES, dumadami ang nagsusubmit sa WES becoz of FSW2014, Expect some slight delays. Apply na Hottest yung 2174.
