Ginawa ko naman.. nag fill out kami ng forms 5days before submission. naka post date ang mga dates ng forms then araw araw double check (10x a day ) Good thing is walang update yung current forms.

I photocopy mo pala lahat ng forms/docs mo bago mo submit. para may full copies ka lahat para less anxiety at worry. nakakaparanoid lang kung nakasubmit ka tapos di mo sure kung napirmahan mo ba yung forms. kung may copies ka. maverify mo agad. then relax na

I agree with you, ginawa ko pag ka print ni scan ko. nakalagay sa pc ko, nakalagay sa external hard disk ko for back up, tapos nakalagay pa sa dropbox, tapos nakalagay pa sa isang usb, tapos inemail ko pa sa isang email add ko, tapos inemail ko pa sa significant half ko, just incase masira hard disk nang pc ko, bumigay yun external hard disk ko, mawala yun usb,atleast may mga back up pa ako. sigurista lang

Before, I put only my first name.When I sent my application for review, nun nireturn sa akin for signature eh sa first name nakalagay is my first name and middle name(which is my mom's surname when she's still single).

Pag nag fill out ako nang forms, rule of thumb pag sinabi as seen in passport, lagay mo nakalagay sa passport.

minsan nga naiisip ko whoever will get my paper for evaluation, I must have her/his email, para di na sya mapagod kakacheck ,pwede sa phone nya swipe swipe lang, bulky pag madami papers )

I work paperless din.. I hate papers, they give me paper cut most of the time. Kaya work ko is to automate paper works to make life simpler and efficient without using papers.(layman's term : Tamad)

Same tayo.. may scanned copy ako both Office PC and my Home Laptop. may printout copies din ako, email sa sister ko.. then naka draft sa email ko rin. na save din sa phone ko. gagawin ko yung DropBox/Google Driver later on

Nasa support side na ako now sa new project ko, flexible lang peg dati nasa consultant sa ibang projects, ewan pagdating ko sa ibang bansa, natest lahat nang skills ko, from development, testing ,support and implementations.
Pero sa pinas test automation side ako.

Tama.. delete ko dito office PC ko.. naisip ko, pati yung Payment Form pala na scanned ko lol.

Im not sure kung may gumawa na nyan. But sa WES, they require that you send them the diploma while the school sends the TOR. actually lalabas WES account mo na may check if the documents were received in the specified manner. So i guess they are particular sa way ng pagsend mo

hindi ba pwede isang package nalng, in my case nasa ibang bansa ako need ko pa bang ipa send dito sa akin diploma and certificate ko para iforward ko sa wes samantalang ang TOR ko ididirect na ng skul sa wes? parang non-sense yata ang dating sa akin. hindi ba pwede ang school na lahat?

I just wanted to share the following links for those that are starting to gather their documents:

1. To check for your Job Code
Job Code

For Detailed Job Descriptions:
JD for each NOC

2. For the forms to be filled out:

3. For Proof of Funds:
Proof of funds

4. For IELTS Exam:
IELTS --> if you are in your own country else check for ielts for your country of residence.
Note : For each module you have to get atleast 6 each,I took general exam.

5. For ECA, follow the procedure found for WES website:

To have mock check if how many years will be accredited to your education :

6. Lastly you have to have an overall of 67 points out of 100 points for fswp:

hindi ba pwede isang package nalng, in my case nasa ibang bansa ako need ko pa bang ipa send dito sa akin diploma and certificate ko para iforward ko sa wes samantalang ang TOR ko ididirect na ng skul sa wes? parang non-sense yata ang dating sa akin. hindi ba pwede ang school na lahat?

I just followed the directions given by wes. I am also working from another country, and my papers for TOR were sent directly by school to WES, while the diploma was sent from my side as per their instructions. It will cost a lot of money, but sacrifices must be made to achieve our goals.
