I dont have any dependents so I removed that section. Complete naman po ang generic form. Bali 5 pages siya.Yung 4th and 5th pages parehong may bar code. Saka nakalagay naman hanggang page 5 of 5 lang. So dont worry po.

agree..what is the purpose of "remove"..yung nareturn may ibang reason pa yun na hindi natin alam...minor error is not the complete ground for refusal especially if you have high profile credentials....dont worry...hold tight and pray..even myself hindi ko alam kung my mali ako after thoroughly check my application...we never know until we received something..

thanks bro. onga naman. gusto ko lang makasiguro hehe. tama ka, yung nireturn may dependent yun tapos nalimutan isama yung page 4 ng form about additional information of his/her dependent.

thanks zyber! baka kasi ang expect nila is andun pa din dapat yung section for dependent and if you are applying as a single applicant you just put N/A in all fields, pero ayun nga yung purpose ng "Remove". thanks i'm checking all possibilities that could be ground for refusal/return of my application. Next week ko na kasi i-file and i want to get that confidence to do so

Best way is to include it and just indicate n/a... no harm if you include that db?

yes you are correct jc. Initially I removed the whole section for dependant using "Remove" button but came across with the rejection reason kaya ibabalik ko sana yung section na yun. However, there are soooo many fields to put N/A to that doing so is just not right and logical. Now other friends say just remove it which is acceptable naman.

Hi, question lang po baka may iba na may same experience as me. If referring to the main duties, the NOC most applicable to me is 2147, working as a telco engr. Kaso hindi siya under the 50 eligible occupations for this year. Ano po yung pwede kong gamitin na NOC? And if same po tayo ng situation, paano niyo po nagawan ng paraan yung job description? Kinakabahan lang po ako baka mareject din ako due to "Job experience mismatch with NOC" or "Self-attested duties rejected by CIC" (since plano ko din po na gumawa na lang ng letter regarding my main duties; ayoko din sana majeopardize yung current employment ko if nagask ako ng reference letter sa kanila) Posible po ba to??

Just Bachelor's degree. When you're done ordering, you will need to download a form for your school. Your school will send WES your TOR. Then you will need to send a photocopy of your Bachelors diploma (you'll be the sender this time).

Sa Wes po ba ok lang na ipasama sa school yung photocopy ng Diploma para isang package lang po? Anyone na gumawa nito? Thanks.

Yung mga di magkasya na words, pwede mo i-handwritten after you print them. Yung mga mahahaba na like main duties, personal history, addresses, you can create a separate sheet and lagay ka nalang ng "Please see attached extra sheet for the answers"

Yun po bang mga forms na nakapost ngayon sa CIC yun yung latest version? Ibig sabihin hindi na nakapost yung old copies? Kasi yun yung isang danger na mali yung forms na makuha mo kung merong part sa site na nakapost pa rin yung old. In addition, can someone please post the URL for the upated forms? Thanks. Bawat field po ba na blank na wala ka talagang isasagot kailangan lagyan ng N/A?

Dun po ba sa ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION form, pag nag fill-up po ba yung wife ko ng sarili nyang form, sya ba yung ilalagay sa applicant portion ng form nya? Kasi sa form meron relationship na applicant, spouse, mother and father.

Im not sure kung may gumawa na nyan. But sa WES, they require that you send them the diploma while the school sends the TOR. actually lalabas WES account mo na may check if the documents were received in the specified manner. So i guess they are particular sa way ng pagsend mo
