meron b nakaranas ng ganito? kakaiba kasi di b dapat may nakalagay n meds received???

other visa office - decision made muna bago ppr

We started processing your application on March 16, 2015.
We transferred your application to the Manila office on February 25, 2015. The Manila office may contact you.

Nakareceive ako letter today na visa officer suspects that I misrepresented my noc. All documents I have provided are authentic. I can also request my company to provide further proofs pero hindi ba pareho lang yun sa sinubmit ko na before?

Kung may naka experience na po ng ganito, where did you go from here?

Nagmedicals kami August, so mga 3 weeks biglang DECISION MADE sa status ko...

Hwag k magalala basta nag medicals ka na sure na yan! Samsamin mo n mga friends and family mo kasi malapit mo n sila iwanan and matagal tagal kayo ulit magkikita!..

What happened? Baka kaya halos almost identical yung JDs ng reference letter mo vs listed jds ng NOC mo?
Anong hinihingi ng CEM ngayon?

Wala specific document na hinihingi sa letter kaya po ako nag ask. Kelangan ko lang daw i-prove na eligible ako sa noc ko. Nagbigay na yung company ko ng employement certificate with detailed job duties and responsibilities. Hindi siya identical sa HRSDC website.

I'm just stuck and don't know what to do next kasi may nakalagay na may 5 year ban if they prove na nagmisrepresent ako. Which is hindi ko manunderstand when lahat ng employment certificate ko, job offer, payslips, sss records.

Hi nikka! Under po ako ng 3215. Akala ko po rrt ka hehe. Sa curriculum po kasi ng mga rrt sa pinas kasama po ang subject na ultrasound/sonography. Sa pinapasukan kong hospital mga radtech din po ang gumagawa ng ultrasound/2d echo procedures. Pero in other countries iba po talaga ang category ng mga sonographer sa mga Radtech. Good luck po sa atin. Sana makahanap agad tayo ng work na related sa profession natin. Kahit assistant lang muna hehe

hello radtech.! Ahh okay. Pede kc mg 2d echo dito s pinas khit anong course noh basta usually medically inclined. So san mo balak mg land nga ? And sa radtech ba need mo bang mg aral ulit doon s canada pra mkapag work? Kc sa echo techs daw eh mas nirerequire nila ung my certification tlga dw in canada eh. Hai sana nga mkahanap agad work kahit assistant to the assistant or khit ano basta nasa diagnostics pa rin sna tlga .. Hnd ko lng alam pano at saan mguumpisa pra mkpg work ahahah. Pero khit ano nlng. Your noc is hr manager right? Anong course/degree mo, and what is the industry your are working. Related ba sila. Bka sobrang magkaiba.

Were your previous work related to hr, bka your previous works were so different from hr.

Pde rin na bka may na research sila sa internet like mga linkedin, fb or the like ng profile mo.

Sa international forum, there was this case na sa nkita sa internet na lawyer pala yon applicant, though he said he was electrical Engr(or something to this noc). He did not disclose that he was indeed a lawyer nkita sa fb ata or linkedin. Can't remember exact details but I hope you get what I mean that google nila tayo.

I think super higpit sila sa mga noc 0xxx or managers.

Sa akin naman 2 weeks na since TLU sana maka receive na tayo ng MR

I don't know kung mahigpit. I might get an immigration lawyer. Medyo out of my capability na rin kasi ito. Thanks for the help everyone.

Sa akin naman 2 weeks na since TLU sana maka receive na tayo ng MR

ung akin po 18 days to be exact from TLU. sana nga po maka receive na tayo ng MR. pray pa po tayo.
