Mga ka forum mates, meron po ba dito na naka experience na tinawagan ng CEM na ipadala na ang passport asap sa ofc nila.? Ung medical ko po kakatapos ko lang last Oct 30, 2015 pero wala naman pong email sa akin.?

Meron po b naka experience dito na nakareceive ng correspondence ng MR, RPRF and addt'l docs pero 6days na wala pa rin po ang medical forms at instructions? Kailangan ko na bang mag email sa CEM.? worried lang po at walang pang forms at instructions.
