Hi po mga sir and mga ma'am. Good day! I was just wondering if meron pong case sa inyo where in lumipat kayo ng job while in process yung FSW application. Medical request na stage na actually yung application, then lumipat ng work, although same field, same job description and title, pero different employer and address na. Kailangan ba i update ang CIC? Worry ko kasi if ma delay yung application ko pag ganun.

Yup. You need to update CEM regarding change of employer. I believe yan yung nakalagay sa PER letter.
Hindi naman sya nkakadelay ng process. I know someone who did that.

If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.

May I know if the MR and RPRF request sent by cem is in PDF? I'm sorry but I can't believe this.
Totoo ba to? So surreal, can't believe it. Cem sent it 3x.

Also, did you pay RPRF while having medicals. Or inuna nyo muna RPRF so that I can courier it together with Nbi and update personal history.

RPRF how much ba, browse ko yon site medyo naguluhan ako, Kmi lng ng spouse ko 490x2, is this correct? Kids Hindi na?

16 days na since nareceive ko nga sabay ang SLU at TLU ko.. No MR yet... Sana naman meron na this week or the next...


Nga pala, my passport is to expire by May 2016. Un ung passport na gamit ko during my application... Magkakaproblema ba if I submit a renewed passport incase mag PPR na?

No problem, just send them an email including the passport copy.

MR and RPRF request

But I think my application was rejected by CEM.

I checked my ecas lat night and from '"in process" naging "decision made".
Wala pa po akong MR.

Btw, here is my timeline:

Aug 7, 2014 -application received (NOC 4011)
Nov. 28 - PER

June 19, 2015 - CEM requested for additional documents (explanation of proof of fund)
July 7 - CEM received my additional documents (lahat na yata ng proof pinadala ko )
Aug 7 - SLU
Sept 9 - nag TLU and FLU
1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 7, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on November 25, 2014.
3. We transferred your application to the Manila office on November 28, 2014. The Manila office may contact you.
4. We transferred your application to the Manila office on December 12, 2014. The Manila office may contact you.
5. We sent you a letter on June 19, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Then kagabi nga, Sept 17, nakita ko na decision made na.
I already sent an email sa consultant ko, pero wala pa syang response.

Nalulungkot talaga ako, kasi pinaghirapan namin ng family ko ang application nato.
Pero siguro hindi talaga para sa akin.

But still, life has to go on.

i_am_lexi i think we have similar case but we are still waiting for the "decision made" medyo kinakabahan na rin kami ng wife ko and keep praying and hoping. Halos magkasunod lang yung timeline natin and we're base in SG din.

My timeline:

Sep 12, 2014 - application received
Dec 31, 2014 - PER

Jul 23, 2015 - CEM requested additional requirements (letter of explanation stating details how we acquired my settlement funds and proof of funds)

Aug 03, 2015 - All docs requested sent to CEM as per their request and received as per Aug 08, 2015 (halos din ng proofs sinend din namin)

Until now still in "In process"
1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 12, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on January 22, 2015.

Sure na ba na di ok? Di bale, try na lang uli with Express Entry or some other means. Yung ibang nagapply na um-ok this year, years din binuno nila and rejection after rejection ang natanggap. Kaya wag mawalan ng pag-asa. Pag nakamit mo na ito, mas maappreciate mo yung pinagdaanan mo. Good luck!

Intay mo lang din yung letter galing cem para sa exact reason bakit ganun ang result.
check mo din sa consultant mo kung saan kyo nagkulang dun pof.
