Wala specific document na hinihingi sa letter kaya po ako nag ask. Kelangan ko lang daw i-prove na eligible ako sa noc ko. Nagbigay na yung company ko ng employement certificate with detailed job duties and responsibilities. Hindi siya identical sa HRSDC website. I'm just stuck and don't know...

Hi forum friends, i got a letter stating that the visa officer suspects that i misrepresented my noc when i have provided all authentic documents including job offer. Have anyone of you experienced this and how do you go from here? Please help :(

Naku angel_can ipag pe pray kita sa interview mo. Ka NOC pa naman kita. Sana naman hindi targetin ng CEM NOC natin kasi ito yung first time na included NOC natin sa list of profession na pwede mag apply sa fsw2014. Siguro dapat ihanda natin na sagutin ang kahit anong tanong related sa job...
