Based on the above, I hope my understanding is correct

So completeness check muna (if complete all docs required, filled-out all fields required sa form, and cap limit was not reach yet) then CC charge/DD encash.

Then, eligibility review (if you have a continuous work experience of 1 year, your work experience matches your chosen NOC, if you scored at least 6.0 in any band in IELTS and if you have completed an educational credential and submitted an ECA report and yung six selection factors, sufficient funds and admissibility), then you will receive a PER. On the other hand, if failed sa eligibility review, then you will receive an NER.

That procedure was published 2010.

Pag ganyan ang procedures:

age, language, work evaluation and point granting.

However as per observation from last year FSW wala ng NER after charging except cap reached reason (CIC stage).
Also if you observed, 7-10 days after cc charge, may PER na.
So im trying to simulate in my mind the flow of processing.


So still i would subscribe to the thought that except for cap reached, if cc/dd charges na kasunod na
PER. Unless I see an evidence to the contrary, my hopes are high for those whose cc were charged. ;D

I see. Onga noh sobrang bilis naman ng eligibility check kung bet. 7-10 days lang. So, siguro sabay na ang completeness check and eligibility check. Pag passed sa 2 check na yun, CC charge/ DD encash na. Then automatically, PER na after few more days.

So pag CC/DD charge na, no worries na. Rejoice! You will get your PER after some more days Goodluck satin lahat!

Hello po I'm new here...Ano po ung AHSE? Regarding po s WES depends po ata s institution ako nga po 5years course BSA s UE Calaoocan s online assessment 2years equivalency while UE Manila for 4yrs course is 3years equivalent

hi dustin, from my understanding, ang CC charged doesn't mean an outright PER. yes, there is still a possibility of NER dahil ung nagtrigger ng CC charge is the "completeness" of your application package. next phase is to assess your eligibility which is when we will know kung positive nga ba or negative.

Phase: Completeness check

Citizenship and Immigration Canada reviews your application to make sure that:
•all required fields in your application forms are complete,
•all required documents are submitted from Document Checklist (IMM 5612), and
•the correct processing fee payment has been made

If your application is:
•incomplete or;
•the allowable cap limit has been reached,

your entire package (including your payment) will be returned to you with a letter explaining why it is being returned.

Phase: Eligibility Review

An officer at the CIO will make a final determination as to whether you meet all the eligibility criteria and your application is eligible for processing.

If your application is not eligible for processing, you will be sent a letter that:
•explains the reason(s) why your application is not eligible for processing, and
•confirms that a refund for the processing fee will be issued.

Based on what's stated above, I think this covers yung mga cap reached na situations. After nun, eto naman:

Phase: Selection and Admissibility

If your application is eligible for processing, your application will be assessed against the following requirements:
•minimum requirements
•selection factors
•sufficient funds
•admissibility (criminality, security, medical)

Note: If the initial assessment of your score for points against the selection factors is equal to or greater than the pass mark, your application will be sent by the CIO to the appropriate visa office for further processing and a final decision. If you do not meet the minimum requirements, or do not meet the pass mark against the selection factors, your application will be refused. In either case, a refund of processing fees will not be issued at this stage of the application process.

Based sa unang nakakakuha ng PER, after 6 business days pa ung PER from date of CC charge. Since 5/29 ang charge mo, possible na sa 6/6 pa dadating yun. You can check the "Analytics" tab ng Pinoy SS for comparison ng waiting time.

Ako medyo kabado ba rin..mas nauna pa ako macharge ang cc compare kay dustin,, na charged CC ko on 28 May at wala pa rin ang PER...

At dahil praning ako, ittanong ko na nmn, pasensya na.
Nbasa ko kasi sa page 127 from immanuela ung Steps ng CIC sa FSWP.
nkalagay dun na after Completeness check is Payment or CC Charging then Eligibility Review (PER o NER)
tpos pg hindi pmasa sa Check na un e irerefund.

So pd p din plng mka receive ng NER kht CC charged na.
Nkkatense, wala p aq email n nrereceive.

Kelan kya mamimigay ng PER pra sa May 5 applicants?
Sana this week na.

Mas nauna p ako sayo nacharged CC at wala prin ako PER...28 may ako na charged for application received ng May 2,;sa global forum my mga nakaresib n ng PER for May 2 received so mas crucial ang papers ko...

Have you checked your spam folder? Since na charge na CC mo, if wala pa by next week, baka you need to email CIC na to ask? Sana nga mas natagalan lang ang PER mo, inisip ko rin kasi na baka wala ng NER and that they streamlined the procedure na, hopefully yung nag check sa yo e mas mabagal lang kaysa dun kay dustincarlisle

Sure!! If applications received later than mine so as the cc charged and they've got PER then may be there is something wrong sa papers ko..i'll wait till tomorrow..kung hindi ako makaresib means somwthing not right..

is she married with the father of her child? If not, she should make an affidavit stating her circumstances. Under Philippine law if not married custody of the child is with the mother. Include provisions of family code in the affidavit. Get a lawyer to prepare it.

No she is not married. Is it possible to not have this declaration signed but still declare the child. In a nutshell, the mother will have the PR visa and not the child.

That what i dont know. It depends on the QSW rules. Pero baka di sya payagan to bring the child without the consent of the father kung wala ang declaration (affidavit). Better ask the processing VO.
