Hello po. Question lang po. Kelangan po ba mag ielts ng spouse ko if meron po ako relative sa canada and adequate na po ang points ko?? Kasi po naguguluhan ako sabi ng agency ko need pa daw kasi strict daw ngaun sa ielts ng spouse?? Pls help po thank you

No need IELTS ng Spouse pag na meet mo na yung atleast 67pts.

Mali interpretation ng agent mo? Nacheck mo ba kung valid yung agent mo? Pag nameet mo yung minimum points na kailangan, ok ka na para mag apply.

Meron bang guide na kailangan after ng checklist ay yung generic app na may barcode page ang uunahin? Can someone please share the link kung meron? Kasi may nagsabi na yun daw ang kailangan isunod after ng document checklist. Paano po ginawa nyo sa inyo? Thanks.

Oo nga po e medyo nakakadismaya kasi dapat cla una nakakalam nun.. Actually ngpunta ulit ako dun then inisa isa nmin point system saka ung requirements.. Ok nmn po pasok ako.. Kasi ang iniicp nila ung accompanying spouse dapat meron din. Ang sabi ko pd nmn mag ielts dun kung sa work nya dun irerequire pero as of now sa immigration d p nmn need kasi ako ung principal applicant.. Dba?? Well ok nmn na po. Medyo ninresearch ko lng tlga and tanong2 din kasi ayaw tlga mag ielts ng asawa ko hehe

It's in the application guide. Nakalagay doon na yun ang top of the application form and supporting docs. Right after the checklist, next na yung barcoded page/s.

Bahala na most of us filipinos siguro ganyan din yung eca. 19 ppints lang. my application was received may 23, 2014. I messaged joancanada who got per 3012 yung noc nya still waiting for her reply. Hopefully makapsok tayo

Hi... I have asked this before pero Medyo naguguluhan pa Rin ako kasi May nabasa ako sa CIC site na situation na mukhang swak sa akin and most of my fellow nurses na sa pinas kumuha ng degree.


CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS (WES)

1 Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: Philippines
Credential: Bachelor of Science
Year: 2008

Admission requirements: Completion of ten years of primary and secondary education

The following fictional examples will help you determine what you must submit with your application to the CIO in order to receive maximum points for your education:

If Fatima studied outside of Canada and obtained a foreign educational credential at the Bachelor's level, but her ECA report indicates that the foreign credential is only equivalent to two years of post-secondary study in Canada...
Then she would not meet the minimum education requirement and her application would be refused because her foreign educational credential was found not to be equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential.

I believe many other nurses from pinas will have similar WES evaluation. So does that mean we will all be refused and application will be sent back to us?

So does my ECA report says, I have no chance and should not apply?

May nag sabi sa akin na ang WES ay para LNG daw ma determine ng CIC Kung ilang points ang ibinigay for education, pero base dun sa functional situation na binigay ng CIC sa website nila, mukhang Hindi LNG Lang points ang ECA.

Any nurses (other profession) out there na bachelor's degree per 2-years diploma or 2 -years post secondary education LNG ang binigay ng WES?

Better yet, yung may PER na or charged na ang CC or DD and same WES result and same NOC?

Any thoughts on this guys? Cgurado ako madami tayong similar ang situation kasi karamihan naman 14 years lang ang total education natin which is only 2 years post secondary lang ang Canadian equivalent.

Sa akin sir ay una ung checklist. then ung barcodes ng generic form. tapos ung ibang forms na required.. lastly ung mga documents na required.. may mga post its na naka dikit para madaling i-sort ng officer.. basta check mo lang ung pagka arrange ng papers mo na di mahihirapan at malilito ang officer na magcheck.

In my understanding, you can still apply. It's just that you don't get to receive the maximum points of 25 points for education. You will only get points for whatever is the equivalent of your ECA to a Canadian study. If you're going to read the first sentence, it says..

The following fictional examples will help you determine what you must submit with your application to the CIO in order to receive maximum points for your education:

My 2 cents. Just apply. You will never know.

It is not a requirement. If your self-calculated points do not reach 67 points then you can ask your spouse to take IELTS so you can add up 5 points under adaptability. Spouse's IELTS band requirement is quite low lang naman. I think nasa 4.0 lang. It says in the document checklist that you if you are claiming points for your spouse then you must include the IELTS. Otherwise, it's not a requirement.

Yung comment kasi after ng situation ang Medyo kinakabahan ako:
