Hi Wucike,

Have you sent it to a specific case officer? Because in my medical request email i don't have any case officer name....so, should i just send it to the CPP - Ottawa address which i have in the medical request email? Do i need to write Attention to specific person?

It is often a number not a name so you will find for example DB00204, sometimes it begins with S or M etc. check the email again.

I tried to find that in email. But i don't have any name or number in there.
Any suggestion how can i send my form IMM0008 and IMM5406 to add my daughter to CPP-Ottawa?
Which address you guys used to send your updated forms?
And do i need to send notarized copy of my daughter's passport and birth certificates?

Send CPP Ottawa an email and they will let you know the documents required to add your daughter and the address to which the docs need to be sent..

In email CPP-Ottawa asked for 2 passport photos of my daughter to add her to my application.
But when i checked online CIC website for Photo dimensions, it says passport photos are different from Immigration photo. Immigration photo dimension is 45mm X 35mm.

I am confused what should i send. Passport photo or Immigration photo. I don't know the dimension for passport photo. i guess passport size is 51mm X 51mm.

Please advise.

Then I would go with the specification. Meanwhile, make sure you take the photograph in an extablished photo studio becuase they are likely going to be on top of thier game with regards to the rules. Good luck

I received another email from CPP-Ottawa about Updated forms, PCC, last 6 months bank statements etc. I think every one are getting this similar email regarding updated forms,PCC, Bank statement etc. Correct me if i am wrong.

Now my question is, when i applied for PR i was in USA, now recently i moved back to india. Should i update Ottawa regarding this?
If i inform them regarding my move to India will it delay my process or reject my file?

There is no way you will fill the updated forms without you stating where you currently reside. Failure to indicate this may affect may affect your application if they find out themselve in the course of background check.
