Hi All, Good News!!!!!!

I received email from CPP Ottawa to submit Medical and RPRF fees.

Please update spread sheet. Email for Medical and RPRF received on 30th September.


They haven't asked for any updated document. will they ask for these updated document at later stage?

And also i need some advise:
I want to add my new born baby to my file. Should i under go for me and my wife's medical and then ask CPP to add my daughter to processing?

Or should i ask them to send my daughter's medical request form also. And what form i have to fill to add my daughter to my application.

Your suggestion will be appreciated.

Andy,
From my experience(I also have a newborn to add), they probably will ask for updated documents after they receive your medical results. As for the baby, I would suggest the whole family do the medical exam at the same time asap; your doctor could create a code for your baby. (I emailed them to request my baby's medical form but with no response. The waiting wasted couple of extra weeks which you can see from my timeline!!) But, you still could try to contact them and see if they will respond.

Ya, you are right. Let me try to email CPP regarding adding my daughter to my application. If they don't respond in 2 weeks i will try to do medical for all of us. i will ask doctor if she can create medical request code for my daughter.

And in your case what updated documents they asked at later stage after you submitted your medical.
Can you please provide this details. It will be great help to me. Also i tried to find out form IMM0008 and IMM5406 to add my daughter to the application. but there are two or more versions of form IMM0008. Can you provide which forms you filled for adding your child?

· Updated IMM5669 “Schedule A” for yourself and your spouse

· Updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” for yourself and your spouse

· Updated “Schedule 3” for yourself
· Updated evidence of settlement funds (showing 6 months deposits/ withdrawals history) for yourself/ your spouse
· Original police certificate for yourself and your spouse from the State where you are currently residing
· Updated PHOTOCOPY or SCANNED COPY of a valid passport for yourself, your spouse and your child with a validity date longer than 6 month
· Updated letter of reference from current employer confirming employment along with detailed description of your duties OR proof of current enrollment and attendance at school.


Actually nothing special in my case. Filled out couple of forms and they didn't ask for FBI report.

guys who got medical be prepared as they might ask for updated doc's, the best thing is once u complete medicals apply for Police clearance, arrange for proof of funds etc.. etc.. this would save time.

I applied for FBI clearance and PCC form Indian consulate after medicals unfortunately they din't ask for these but asked for state police clearance which I did not anticipate and I wasted time for this.
So guys any case it is better to apply and keep the doc's ready if they ask ur good or even if they din't ask nothing to lose.........

Recently i moved back to my home country India. So, my question is, To add my daughter to my application, Can i send Updated form IMM 0008 and IMM 5406 along with $150 fee receipt, other supporting document by email to them? or do i need to send them by courier?

Have you sent it to a specific case officer? Because in my medical request email i don't have any case officer name....so, should i just send it to the CPP - Ottawa address which i have in the medical request email? Do i need to write Attention to specific person?
