hi guys, I landed in Edmonton today morning at 2:00am. It took only 10min to complete my landing procedures. They did not ask me any questions what so ever not even about POF. I could not apply for SIN at airport as i landed at very odd hour. Ill keep u guys updated. good luck for all!!!

guys hav patience you will get ur PP back with maple leaf!!!! i was in ur situation last month, CPP-O received my PP on 23rd oct and i got my PP back on 15th nov. some times they may take up to 1month. I hope u all will get ur PP soon. wishing everyone good luck....

hi, i printed out the requirements from CIC website and took it to the local photo place and got it done accordingly. i think the local photo places are better than walgreens or riteaid or other stores.... Hope this helps.

:D Hello guys I hav a question about POF on landing???????????? I am planning to take $5000 in cash and $10,000 in my A/C with JP Morgan Chase bank (USA). My question is if I take a statement for the $10,000 in my A/C will they accept that as the funds can be transferred to a Canadian bank A/C...

Hi Mike2ca! I think you should plan to stay for around 1-2 months after landing until you get your PR card to be on the safer side, you are student so you should hav vacation for next month or take a semester off or go for online classes.......... This is my personal suggestion. You think about...
