QQs: Kangaroo if you’re in EU and they ask you to provide an updated POF what do u do? At that point your POF is already invested

Bro gives some pointers on how to immigrate to France. There are people here who learned French from scratch to boost CRS points and FSW draws have stopped.

I've literally sent you a research on how shitty canadian housing market is. Suck it up and gtfo. You don't have the luxury to whine because your only option is Canada. You don't have chances anywhere else.
Again, a$$hole I can afford a house in Canada so will “poor” folks from India and China who are moving from the US. We do the same options like you. We can move to Europe/NZ/AUS but it’s a personal choice that some of us wanna be in North America.

So they finally stopped using Afghanistan as an excuse for their client center, right after they hit their quota?
I just saw a leaked document. Priority for finalizing applications might shift to FSW in early 2022 pending border situation. I’m still trying to verify the authenticity of the internal memo before sharing it. It has no date but is IRCC-watermarked

Exactly. The moment you use your POF on other investments (say going to a school in EU) that means you've already given up on Canada. So using your POF for EU/US opportunities cannot go in parallel with your attempts at Canada.

Assuming you don't have shit load of money to cover both POF and EU/US expenses, I think the only way of putting attempts parallel to Canada is looking for a job in EU/US or getting admitted to a school on a stipend. The latter is probably easier depending on one's profile. Thing is though, EU is equally safe in terms of PR if one doesn't absolutely suck at planning, so there should be no need to try to get Canada in parallel. Unless of course there are cultural reasons.

Personally, I'm waiting to see if JT will shut the borders again in a few weeks (see jay's post above). If that happens, I'll bail out on Canada completely and use my POF and additional funds, and all my focus, to go to somewhere in EU. Quite easy if one's willing. The way I'll abandon my plan for Canada is, I won't withdraw my app or anything, I'll just use my POF and see if I get a re-POF request down the road. If I do, my EE is gone, and I don't care anyway. If not, I get a little surprise but I'm probably already employed in EU (far better career than anything in Canada) and I wouldn't give two shits about Canada at that point. I'd take a weekend and do my PNP landing then go back to EU. That might cost me my Canada PR few years later but who cares at that point lol

I’m not even arguing they need to switch priorities, but seriously, would it kill them to release these memos to inform their plan?

Yeah, the very thing they never addressed in the mandate letter; probably the most important thing they owe us. Transparency and communication

Haha funny France only has CEC and not FSW. Just go through the normal route, study and find work. If your job compensation meets some standard you’ll get EU blue card easily. Then 5 years apply for nationalité française.

p.s you don’t need to speak french to get a job in France, especially tech workers. Just know that not speaking French you’ll have a hard time living there, but that’s ok…

It is perverse, but it does make sense. Newer applications will likely have valid PCC/medicals, so it is faster to finalize them and hit their stupid target.
I was always wondering about processing time see the average process time is the average time of processing 80% of the application (which undergone process) now this is the thing if they process newer applications the average won't be skewed to upside so that they can boast.
I am not sure this is what is in their stupid brains.
