We didn't pick anything, I spent 5 years of preparation and then 5 years just to be lucky enough to get ITA at the end due to high cut off score. Most of it was me being stupid and acting without strategy, but still. And now this bs with FSW-o on hold happens. If I was able to I'd immigrate right after secondary school, but unfortunately my parents aren't rich enough to spend 60k$+ on foreign education.

I feel you. It was both lack of resources and bad lack. First time I submitted my profile, scores went from 430 to 457 lol. Took months for me to take another exam, and when my score went up and got ITA covid happened around the time my visa was issued. didn't receive the email, something that used to be resolved within days but with covid now my ppr is held by ottawa like it would kill them to issue them.

Looks like my prediction came true. Honest people will suffer because of those who sold and bought fake covid test results and thought they were smarter than everyone else.

This is what they should have done in the first place. Or they could have simply deported the people who came with fake test results (they could have made the QR code on the results mandatory like Australia did). Banning a whole country because of a few dishonest people seems like a childish approach.

Does not matter. All politicians are scam artists one way or the other. There are no honest politicians. Scam is the name of the game in any democracy. Great thing about Modi is his sustained acceptability. It bring political stability. Worth billion time more than honesty. A dishonest government that is stable can implement policies. An unstable honest government cannot do anything.

As far as south goes, well, South folks have this weird exceptionalism. Especially Tamils and mallus. Guess everyone's shit stinks while rest of the country gives no damn about TN in particular.

Is it even possible for Cons to win in the current system? They keep winning majority of the votes but it looks like they don't even have a chance to win the number of seats they deserve. Not sure how fair this whole system is.

You are right. Majority of the population is supporting cons and they should be considered as winner. I dont know why they are counting seats instead of number of votes. Its the same everywhere i guess.
