Try mo ipattern dun sa HRDSC ba un, pero not the same words but the same thought. I made mine with the help of that. Try to analyze what are the main and sub duties. It doesn't need to be like a telenovela as long as it contains what they are looking for. Sabi nga sa IELTS give the monkey what is asking. Make it simple clear, concise and correct

Pag ginawa mo, try to think na ikaw yung reviewer, so you can prove to them what you are doing and what you should be

The questions that was being asked:
>why i have to get IELTS (unrecorded)
>work, as in what i do?? was it hard to get the job which i have now?
>My hometown, when do i learn to study english, What are the other languages i know
>What do i do on my daily routine, do i have something to change in my daily routine?, what is the best time i work and what time in a day is the best for
me
>Task 2 - what is the project i have done and with whom
>Task 3 - what is the benefit of working with someone?

i plan to change the address and inform cio abt it saka ung plan ko na alisin na representative ko so that all correspondences are coursed to me directly kaya lang hinahanap ko pa ung nabasa ko dati na address ata to or email ng CIO where i can address this? anyone who knows? kindly message to me pls??? super duper appreciated ko po ito ;D

pwede ko rin kaya machange ung form how they will refund my processing fee? kasi agent's cc ginamit, at sa letter it was stated na if cc form of payment e dun din ike credit, pwede pa ba saken ma course back un? akin naman talaga galing un eh, till now wala pang reply agent ko as to refund issue.... :'( :'( :'( :'(

We were april applicant before and we used credit card also. last sept, i received a rejection letter coming from CIO. it is said in the letter that-- "The fees that you have paid are refundable. You will receive a credit on the credit card provided within eight to twelve weeks." and true to what they said i received our refund last december 2010 just in time for our second application. exactly four months after we were charged, they reversed the amount although i think there was a little difference maybe because of the conversion rate. Your refund will definitely be returned to your agent's credit card.

@ Westpoint> i am afraid if the agency will inform you of the refund...... OMG...... Did you ask CIO regarding the application refund or was it stated in the letter that your application fee will be returned or will be refunded??? You should ask CIO then, because it is the only evidence to your agency.

Regarding to your agency fee.......The only thing that you have to push with your agency is the fact that your contract says from the re-assessment to filing of the application UP TO the finishing line... Meaning they will STILL file and improve or enhance your missing docs or even transferable to your spouse' application without additional payment. In the first place they were responsible to make everything right para wala ng balik-balik ng documents or the worse is to receive NER. You have to fight for it Westpoint..... Talk to the owner of the agency. Make your appeal. Because for me, being the consultant they should screen up to the simplest word, grammar, presentation and everything until your application is ready to fly without NER.
My apology talaga, because i smell negligence on their part. Pinabayaan ka na hindi well armed sa gyera knowing that you paid for their services and expertise.

yes, there was negligence talaga...they offered naman din to give me discount, kaya lang i wrote them back to make it clear in a new contract how much discoutn i will get if ever mag switch PA kami...and how long will it take for me to get my refund if in case i dont continue to hire their services anymore becoz of my NER nga...

in the letter it was clearly stated that i will get a refund, just like that of JPMA's case, and clearly stated too that if u used cc, dun nila ike credit back ung payment mo....

and today when i checked her email..there was 2nd AOR from CEM.. kelan ba marereceive ang MR nila?? maghihintay pa ba kami ng another email from CEM para malaman na for MR na sya?? thank you,,

ask ko lang love20, hinulog sa makati post march 14 di ba? ano yung date nakalagay sa MR mismo like date issued? at ano rin yung date sa ecas mo dun sa part na "We started processing..."

based dun sa mga katimeline nya, 1-2 weeks after that 2nd aor nareceive na nila MR nila, no email na for MR notification, after that 2nd aor, check mo na palagi sa post office
tama si carl dito westpoint, hindi basis ang title kundi ang main duties, kahit na wala yung occupation title mo sa list pero you do the main duties and with supported documents acceptable yun, so focus ka lang duns a resto part ng biz mo, yung JD mo since self employed lagyan mo ng letterhead mo kahit kaw lang gumawa, eto siguro gawin mo, separate detailed JD, company profile with details on employees, you must have server/waiters, chef/cook, cashier, etc. Send mo official receipt ng biz mo, receipts from food suppliers

Does someone have any idea what could this mean? good or bad? Before kasi nag enquire ako then they replied...un nga lang Negative result... Lack of 2 points because we overlooked the NSO Birthcertificate ng sister in law ko which is in canada... after we recieved the email from them nag try ulet ako mag email sa kanila explaining and asking if there's anyway we could send the documents.. wala na sila respond after the 1st reply eto na lang ecas update nakita ko. im hoping they would consider my appeal na submit ko na lang un nso birth certificate to that we could pass.

hope someone have same case or someone can enlighten me. thanks!

they did not return our docs anymore maybe because applications lang yun anyway. i did not send personal documents yet because i still belong to the pre june 26 applicants. maybe you can still use your agent's credit card but of course you have to let him sign the form. siguro naman papayag sya kasi sayo naman talaga yung money. he cannot get the returned credit unless he will let others use it and get the money.

as far as i know that's one reason kung bakit a week after menstuation dpat magpa medical..another is para wala na din traces of blood sa urinalysis..my possibility kse mag false positive urinalysis results pag ganun..

westpoint, in our case we still used the guidance of our agent pero in our second application we know already what our flaws are with the help of this forum. pero hindi na kami pinagbayad ulit ng agent namin. hindi nalang namin sila sinisi regarding our rejection pero we made sure kami na gumawa talaga ng application and heard some of their insights. in your case, dapat lang ibalik nila yung money na binayad nyo for the application since it will be refunded naman. i guess you still need to coordinate with your agent kahit na naiinis ka na.
