yes doc so mga batch on week feb 21 up, march 16 2nd aors nila, then next week yung mga last week ng feb na per recipients, then tayo na hehe

Yes, I notified cic last month about the status of my new application but no action was taken on their part . Last week, I sent a letter to CEM cancelling my representative and withdrawing my old application. I attached photocopies of the following: old AOR, New AORS, MR and RPRF.

hi ladyk, i think this is what i have been looking for: where to send notice of cancellation of representative's services ;D ;D ;D is there an online email where i can send my notice of cancellation?

Wala akong Saudi PC request pero bakit wala din akong Dubai PC request. Siguro ay ok na ung email ko sa kanila regarding sa expired Dubai PC attachment ko when I received my 2nd AOR. O baka i-request nila later bago ibigay ung visa namin, pero nagpakuha na rin ako ng bagong Dubai PC kung sakaling hingin pa nila para wlang problema.

xenxa na ha, correct me pls if im wrong: di niya pd gamitin tong nireturn na credit sa cc niya? but he can let others use it, even if it's not me? i dont have cc kasi, check lang kaya di ako familiar sa procedure na ganito...thank you ;D ;D

westpoint, in our case we still used the guidance of our agent pero in our second application we know already what our flaws are with the help of this forum. pero hindi na kami pinagbayad ulit ng agent namin. hindi nalang namin sila sinisi regarding our rejection pero we made sure kami na gumawa talaga ng application and heard some of their insights. in your case, dapat lang ibalik nila yung money na binayad nyo for the application since it will be refunded naman. i guess you still need to coordinate with your agent kahit na naiinis ka na.

2nd attempt talagang galit ako, as in umuusok ilong but still careful with my choice of words, nasa kanila datung ko e hehehe, this time naman cool na ko...ive lost all energies to get even madddddd , im more composed and nakatulong na ipinagpasa Diyos ko na lang lahat, really

I've read your JD. You really need to emphasize your duties as 0631. Here are some of the guiding questions to consider. Hope these help.

- What are the menus offered at your Café?
- Did you create the menus?
- What is your average number of customers per day?
- How do you prepare and serve meals in your Café?
- Do you help in the preparation and service of meals?
- Do you control cash drawer/s and collect payments from customers? How about petty cash?
- Do you prepare reports such as work schedule, food cost control and sales?
- How many staff do you manage?
- How do you analyze sales and profitability of your Café?
- What are the standards you practice to control quality, hygiene and food safety?
- How do you check food stocks and order supplies?

I think that's it. Just make your JD brief, concise and straight to the point.

@ Westpoint - yes I agree with krislovesau.. Focus your JD on the food side of the business. Basing on CIC HRSDC, they are particular on one's experience in managing a food business. Internet cafe is listed there but judging from the other list of titles you'll see they're more related to food and beverage services kaya iyon na lang ang i-highlight mo I'm just wondering why your consultant didn't guide you through this when it's the most critical part of the application. Anyway, I hope maremedyohan nila..at least a refund..

Thanks for the advise.. dapat i ready ko na agad un new set of application ko while waiting sa old one to return, madami na kasi nag aaply sa NOC 0631... ask ko na lang din would it be advisable if my husband get a new passport kasi old one pa un sa kanya (color green and handwritting) April 2012 kasi expire.
