Nothing here either. I think I might stop checking the forum everyday, try not thinking about PR and hopefully get a nice surprise one day. It's only been 2 and a half months, I can't stand another 3 months of checking everyday with no news. :'(

So, i just entered the pool on 16th Oct, 2015 and i received a provincial letter of interest by Ontario. My personal preference is Manitoba though.

What do you think ? Here are my details:
CRS: 481
IELTS: 8.5 (CLB: 10)
WES ECA: Masters
NOC: 1241 Administrative Assistant
Age: 27
No. of Applicant: 1 (single)

I would prefer to be picked through the EE draws. Or be approached by Manitoba for PNP.
Thanks in advance for your opinions. :)

Your CRS score is quite high, you should safely get ITA in the next draw. Based on that, I would advise that you wait till the next draw and see what happens. You can then apply directly to CIC .

Manitoba does not pick applicants from the EE pool. You need to apply to Manitoba directly for nomination.

Even I m also stopping to check ......last night I kept checking every 5 mins thinking its weekend .....they usually send out some good news on r before weekend ......and I started feeling nauseated.......couldn't sleep whole night.....it's getting too tough so I guess to stip back and relax for a while is good strategy
Good luck every one

Time to stay away for a while .. i think no major changes will take until the election ends

Agreed... Plus, honestly speaking 4 months is way more realistic than 2 anyways... Obsessing around December makes more sense than obsessing now.. We're all guilty as charged of course :)

i disagree if you look on sept thread people are getting updates today som dm.. its all on an automated system it seems so any day of the week is possible

Really? Are they outland fsw? I doubt! CEC and PNP applicants get movement in 6-10 weeks on average yes... But fsw 'typically' get movement between weeks 12-16... There are always outliers in any category but I'm talking here about the average application

sorry yes we are mostly all cec inladn.. sorry didnt know there was a such a differace in waiting.. :(

haha.. oh no worries.. we've all accepted the fact that FSW applicants are the ugly ducklings of the bunch! :)
Best of luck with your application!

Not sure if you guys have seen tirelander's EE processing time calculator... if you havent then give it a go. i have to admit it made me more anxious :P

Here, I am requesting for your valuable suggestion on the following.

MY PNP is SINP (EE) Express entry stream. I'm FSW applicant now.
Never studied in canada, all work is in my home country, that is India. so my VO will be New Delhi.

I got PNP and I applied last week, I got Medical passed in my CIC a/c and ECAS access also, it showing there status as in process.

My noc is 2281, i'm working since last 5 years in same company and it was my first employment , which i continue and never changed job. Had many reasons for it, near to home, amiable environment. and other personal reasons. There is a certification called "CCNA" for network engg. although its not compulsory for Canadian job req. but as i did job research , they gave preference to person who had it. according to PR timeline people get PR in 3 to 4 months.

So I want to clear this certification but even i have 5 years experience, it will be hard for me to get it in 3 months if i continue my job, as it require lot of dedicated study and expert guidance. So I am thinking about to resign my Job and work toward gaining this certification. As i'm single now and i hv no financial issue, so i can do it.

But do u think , it will do any adverse effect on my PR file, or they might call me for an interview.

What's ur take on it , what should i do.

I know if i do it , i hv to inform CIC about which will i do , as by submitting experience letter and Letter of explanation.

But do u think I need to inform SINP also ??

kind of quiet here..

checking the forum secretly hehe ;)

just wanted to stop by and say heloo.... I hope we will see some benefits from the new goverment, even if we did apply already. it is about time some good fortune comes our ( at least my hehe ) way!
