FSW2 was very fast last year but with fake AEO's and other papers VO's started scrutinized process for FSW2 category. as majority of job offers were only to meet point system.

But I applied last year .... but VO is Buffalo ... I'm not sure if it's because of my VO coz I'm still not hearing anything and my e-CAS is still RBVO for almost 8 months now .....

Well this is my shoes now ... my work permit got refused ... I have no work now.... praying that my LMO will be positive .... if not, I'll need to pack my bag and leave Canada ....and my PR application will also be denied because I am not currently employed in Canada (requirement of FSW2) ...

Unlike you that you're just waiting for your PR ...and maybe you still have a job ...

...me ...if my waiting will end to nothing ... I will be back to my homeland with no job ....

now, do you still want to be in my shoes???

But if is this way it should be faster after be approved AEO's I understand they have to verify if it is real the job but after this it should be faster then FSW1

U mean to say that HRSDC is self AEO generator and again they check what they had done earlier.

From what I understand, HRSDC issues the AEO with which we send our application. Then the respective Visa Office further verifys it by calling the prospective employer. But I also feel it may be on case to case basis.

What i know is DESTINY. Some who applied after me are well settled there in Canada and some are waiting from 7 to 8 years so LUCK is the key player rather than process in this shame game(only in this game).

Have you considered ordering for your GCMS notes?
rKo just got his notes and that gives some insight as to when to expect the next movement.
I will be ordering mine as well and I think will keep doing that every two months to keep abreast of the developments. Its worth the money spent I guess.
