Would you please share your process of how you ordered the CAIPS / GCMS notes?
Like which website you used, any useful tips based on your experience, etc.
I want to apply for mine as early as possible. A lot of things in my life are on hold asuming this process will complete in 6 months. But if that is not the case I better move on with my life in a normal way.

brother I used this website https://caipsnotes.com , my elder brother living in torronto he helped me to get caips, first pay the fees by master or any card 40$ than u will recv a forum pdf or something like that fill it an and scan it and send it by email, all by email, they will confirm if u fill everything so than next thing u can track ur request untill u get it, its exactly 7 weeks or 6! If u need any guidnes just send me pm, all explained in the website am sure u will know it,another thing pls live ur life normal just make the immgiration ur plan! I wasted my 5 yrs running after thisn wasted time,money,and after all nothing happend still don't know if ill get it or not but blv me wtever happend this is my last time applying !live ur life enjoy every moment, nshalah kher

Visa validity is for 12 months.

It depends, medical expiry or visa expiry which ever comes first.

I just wonder why did it take you 10 months to send your application to CIO when your AEO was already avaiable 10 before you sent you application to CIO?
