Hey guys I have a question
If I live in USA applying for FSW2.. do I need FBI certificate? I sent already mine from my country thou. I don't see people for FSW 2 talking about this.
If so.. in what point of the process after sending the application they will ask for it.. I read it takes like 15 weeks.. that would make the process longer ???
I mean.. once we send the application around after how many months they will ask for this?

Please any INFO????

Document checklist says, that you can submit certificates but don't have to ... if you don't submit, then you will be asked to do it in later stage.

If you are longer than 6 months in the USA you will have to submit certificate from FBI sooner or later. When? I don't know.

Hello Sidhusaab,
I am also a FSW2 applicant and my visa office is London. Got my PER in October but no sign of MR yet. I heard from seniors that FSW2 applicants have longer processing times as the officer would also like to determine if the job offer is authentic.

Have you heard of any applicant from London VO get their MR in 4 months? Looking at most peoples timelines I get very depressed. If there are cases that have been processed so fast it would give us some hope.

Hi same here. I do apply under FSW2 Buffalo VO and its sometimes frustrating to see other applicants get MR within 4 to 5 months after getting PER and AOR. And yet some say that FSW2 are processed faster less than a year. Well, we just have to live and wait a day at a time. Goodluck to you , to us!! Hoping for the best!!!

Hi Anthony,
You are already living in Canada ........ imagine our frustration who have yet to set foot on the dreamland. Not sure when that will happen.
Hope your family joins you soon!
All the best!
