It's Just my observation that SGVO is processing only Engineer's Application (Except our Ashif Bro)...I have heard about many Finance related NOCs 2nd line update since last month but none of them got any further update ..I can be wrong, but its just my intuition
Oh yes? Have a look at my case. Nothing since ecas was updated. Processing began on Oct 28, 2014.

All PLEASE help URGENT, is there any body used https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/immigrationlist.do to pay for RPRF online ? Does SGVO accept this kind of payment ? My agent (ICCIR in Can) asked me to use tha link to pay for the feed and i did. But after doing some research I am now worried as some said that the VO did not accept online payment. I found that in http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng, the instruction for Economic class ( we are economic class, arent we?) it says we can check how to pay in CIC which we can see the online payment there for RPRF. PLEASE any body (2013,2014 or whomever) please advice.

Seniors please help!!'

Technically speaking, SGVO cannot say no. I would suggest, raise CSE, upload the payment receipt, and ask them whether it is acceptable or you need to pay through DD?

If I see NOC related to Finance they are also getting either MR or 2nd line updated...if I check dates fellow mates after my PER dates are also getting the same...a bit tensed "mera number kaab ayegaa...!!!" :o :o :o

Just checked ECAS 2nd line updated. "We started processing your application on November 18, 2014"

updated plus started new waiting as well as tension.

SS updated by myself

I believe those who got 2nd Line updates are the most unfortunate FSW 2014 applicants now..

Brother are you from Bangladesh?? Reason i asked is that SGVO clearly mentions in their mail that for Bangladesh they only receive DD and that is also only SCB DD. Like they mention to NDVO applicants about online payment. Previously an applicant from Bangladesh shared his MR, RPRF email in the global forum. And in there it was mentioned clearly. So if you are from Bangladesh then CIC did mention it. If they didn't you can ask them for the return of your payment.
