i have downloaded the latest IMM0008 form from the cic link

please confirm if this is the same link....

when i see this link, it clearly is saying in question no 4 immigration office requested for processing of the application

please help

Sometimes due to old cookies, new form does not appear....

Now waiting for PPR. what si your advice?? should we get new passport , if get new passport first name will be changed now from MD to MOhammad. for this name change can cic singapore create problem????

Thats another stupidity instruction from passport authority of BD....

Although they are mentioning to write as MOhammad as mandatory....I have written it as MD and rcvd PP as MD....

So u can also violate their instruction.....

Its the name....which is noun which can be written as per our wish ...

I may write MD/MS/MT/ML whatsoever.....its should not be their headache...

May be I can choose MD as Minoddin not Mohammad....then why should they restrict us??



I have also applied for new MRP book to get the additional validity.....And have written as MD again....

Its now under processing.....

sorry for not to understand your question clearly.

Are you saying that you have current passport with name "MD XXX: and you are afraid that if you going to get a new MRP your name going to change "MOHAMMAD XXX" as per instruction printed on instruction booklet of passport office?

If this is your question, then no need to worry. you can easily get PP by your name ie MD XXX as per your educational certificates and all other DOCS (as ashif, myself and many other people done with their PP).

No need to inform them since u do not have any action point now....let them process ur file....

If ur MR is sent before the birth of ur child u will need to communicate with SG .....

Anyone whose 2nd Line updated got MR? Waiting spree is killing

To all who got second line update.
I don't know actually what is happening. At first when I saw the second line it was a sign of relief. But now as the days are passing I m getting more deppressed. If second line means OK then why we r not getting MR . Even applicant of 10 days later then me got PPR.
The second line might emerge as a bad luck for us. Let's pray for each other and don't forget to share any kind of background check done to anyone. Best of luck.
