But bro, there were several cases reported here by fellow applicants who surpassed the PER stage. Then later got the update of DM on ecas directly without the medicals. Which technically means that their file was refused/rejected. I think all of those reported this case, never got a prior notice of email or anything by their local VO for any further explanation or supporting docs asked. Eventually, they got emails after awhile from the ecas update that they have been refused, with no chance given to applicant whatsoever.. This is quite unfair and discouraging situation, since CIC already granted initially and later stage at VO with just a press of the button to terminate..

I know one candidate from my consultancy eho never submitted his bank statement and financial documents received PER by mistake instead of rejection. But still later on the vo requested him to submit his bank statement instead of rejecting.
I am totally confused now. Can you quote me those quotes. So that I can get a picture.

my application received on Dec 11, 2014 under NOC 2113. No information and even my CC not being charged worried me. After my constant efforts for many days, today I finally managed to speak to CIC agent at call centre.
I was surprised to hear that my file was rejected and returned back on jan 07, 2015. Reason given "original transcripts missing" with file.
I hve couple of issues
1. Till date, even after 3 months I have not received my file back
2. My Credentials Evaluation Assessment (ECA) report by WES, Canada was very much there in my package and was attcahed with file.

Can anyone help me and suggest me on what can be done now???

Did you send the copies of mark-sheets and degree certificates with your application? If not, then this can be one of the reason for rejection. Also if the ECA report was not original and a copy was sent instead.

Could you what exactly do you mean by "Failed Job Verification"??
Do you mean that the respective persons has not worked in those companies included in their application.
Please elaborate.

Since these rejections are at a time when documents completion was checked, so the answer to your question is No! None of these applicants got PER...

But there are some applicants whose case was rejected at their local Visa Office (i.e. after getting PER and AOR) due to different reasons, most common of them was "Failed Job Verification"

Nothing to be concerned off. Those who got rejected were the ones who failed the verification process.

I'm one of the victim who got DM status after the submission of schedule A form. I got my PER in 27 nov and then eventually when I checked my ECAS it shows DM status. No one called or mailed on my work place. Points were more than enough 79. Has passed all steps smoothly then this happens. Haven't received any official letter till todate. Waiting and praying that this might appear as technical fault.

I hope you submitted your original evaluation report, if not they will return your package. They normally post it through snail mail and it usually take time to arrive. But if the original was submitted you can write to them stating that it was their mistake, I have seen somebody on the forum that got decision upturn due to CIC mistake.

i am a November 28, 2014 applicant, recieved a mail from CIO that my application is refused because of insufficient point 64 instead of 67, on account of zero adaptability point, meanwhile all relevant birth certificate was attached and marked in my document checklist and filled in the relevant form, this was a great error on the part of the Officer that review my case, i have mailed back all the forms, document checklist and all hitherto forwarded supporting documents the following day for review a strong explanatory letter of while the decision was made in error and an agent i spoke with said it shall be reconsider if there is a strong evidence that the documents were not sent afresh, though the package had been delivered on the 1st April, 2015 but am yet to recieve any communication my status still read decision had been made, cio will contact you. what is my chance of positive response from this monumental error, had anybody had or been affected with similar mistake. CIO mail - 24/03/2015, returned mail - 25,03/2015, received on : 01/04/2015.

can you please tel us why did you resubmit Schedule A form, Even i submitted to Warsaw schedule A form as i forgot to mention my US B1 rejection,Now i am scared :-\ after seeing your case.

Since you are claiming points for relatives I hope you submitted Utility bill and it is less than six month when you submitted you application. Wish you all the best

My spouse ielts are not calculated and the most shocking part is that I'm working in uae for the past 15 years under a valid visa and my experience is zero. Wow. They issued me PEr with 0 experience. Superb. Any how I'm happy in my God will. May be Canada is not for me. I'm more than happy here on uae. Cheers.

you please apply for express entry. You will qualify for sure.
your jdr at the time of joining is not considered as a proof thst you performed all those duties. That was the issue.which means you get no points for work experience. Jdr must be the duties we did not we were supposed to perform.

This is very sad news , do you expect that your job duties could be the issue , how can they didnt calculate your experience at all ?

How did you prove your experience? What documents submitted?
