Is there any one who has contacted CIC about 2172 cap?

CIC will not provide any information regarding cap but I am sure that 2172 is not capped as there were only 370 apps by 18th Dec 2014. Even if we consider that data is 2 weeks old then also I don't think that there will be more than 630 apps in Dec month.

Those for NOC 2172 that had their application received on from 10th/11th December and had not been charged.

This is the time to call CIC to find out about the fate of NOC 2172. 10 weeks has elapsed.

I called CIC last night and the agent couldn't find my inf in her computer.Does any one want to call CIC and share their inf about the cap.agent's answer,...?
