Dear Friends & Seniors. I m new to this forum. However I have been reading it occasionally.
My NOC CODE 2172.App received at CIC Dec09,2014. DD Fee En-cashed Feb4,2015 as per Bank. Nice CIC rep given UCI.
In ECAS showing as In Process
1)How long will take to receive PER
2)Now i want to change my Employer(One Indian IT to other Indian IT Company), Is it having any effect on PR application in terms of delay or background verification(BCG)?

Hello Mates,
My application was received on 10th OCT under 2172, and got encashed on 24th Dec, but till now I have not received any acknowldgement from CIC, It has been 130 days has been crossed . I called to customer care they have given me the UCI and file number , they could tell that its in Inprocess. even my ECA status also showing that in Inprocess. what could be reason for delaying.. and what are chances of getting NER after this delay :-\.. because im loosing my hope day by day.. :'(

This is strange as I have seen someone getting PER even though their CC was charged around end of Jan 2015. I believe that you need not to worry as it might be case that due to focus on clearing log they have ignored old applications. You should not worry as long as their is any communication from CIC.
