Received my PER on 21st Feb early morning. Hoping for everybody's PER will come before Feb end. Sending good wishes everybody's way.

looking at the way the things have progressed does'nt make sense waiting for 2172 quota. there is no fee encashment since 10th december. No point beating around the bush, try other option nova scotia , express entry.
If lucky things will move, if not still not bad trying EE.
