how you come to this conclusion ??

Because he thinks all people on this forum for 2171 & 2173 have sent another application for 2172 as he did.We have one saying "Every mad man thinks all other men mad"

and in one of the forum I read dec 12th applicants file was returned because it was incomplete now if 12 dec application is checked that means cap is not full till that date what my thinking is. Hope for the best

Hi All,

I submitted my FSW 2014 Application(NOC 2173) around October 10th to CIC, Nova Scotia Office. So far I haven't received any acknowledgement on that. The only information I have is the message from the courier service that it has been delivered on Oct 10

Please let me know whether is this normal, that CIC will take such longer time to acknowledge the submission.

I am Sept 2171 and still awaiting for my package.

Any contact / email ID to know whether our app packages have been sent back yet? Is there any way to track ? Really pissed off with CIC..absolutely no transparency about the applications that are not included in the cap.

No body know what happening with our package. For most of 2171 sep applicant mail query
We got a reply they couldnt identify our package with them

Unless any one report they got the package for 2171 we cant track it..

But for safer side infrom your near postal service guy that you are expecting a package from canada

Maybe which link you read about it, NOC and when he got it back, reason - if you have this detials with you

The game is over for 2172 after 10-DEC,,,,,

The things to hope for 2172;
1- In December Thread on page 161 ,hopefulimmigrant quoted the charging of 2172 against 15-dec for one of his friend. This means NOC is Moving.
2-Both the 11 Dec Applicant of 2172 in S.S are D.D based , so its unfair to expect to listen from them at the same time as C.C. though there are entries of CC on 12-Dec against 2172,but only one entry in 13/14-Dec and we have already heard about 15-Dec.
3-We can see the charging of 0112, 0113, 2131 in SS after 10-dec ,which were according to Last CIC cap update on 19-dec were much ahead of 2172, i.e 445,405,600 respectively as compared to 2172 which was "only" 370.
Things to Worry....
There Might be Many but better not to follow them ; I know it is easier to say but hard to obey.
As I am worried too...Thats Life...Just Enjoy it..... :-*

I think 12th dec applicant file check is proof enough that cap is not full till 12th dec atleast as if cap would have been full file check would not have been done.
