Hey, I think 12th dec applicant file check is proof enough that cap is not full till 12th dec atleast as if cap would have been full file check would not have been done. Thanks

sorry I'm not allowed to post link by forum I donno why but that's realty december-2014-fsw-application-submission (in capital) hopefulimmigrant Post page 161 and in one of the forum I read dec 12th applicants file was returned because it was incomplete now if 12 dec application is checked...

Hi Amar, I Picked this from fsw 2014 forum If sjaswal file has been reviewed that mean NOC 2172 was not filled till 12 dec (That what I feel). My application was received on 11 dec. Hoping for best.
