You dont need to wait for document to apply in EE.. Create a profile in EE and wait for the draw Even in case you get ITA(invitation to apply) you will be given 60 days to submit the document By which you should get the document back FYI - Current trend in EE only people with job offer or PNP...

trend which we noticed in other noc like 2171 .. When its near cap they stop charging noc and move on to other noc If we dont see any charging for 2172 in another couple of day .. we might have to wait till dec 31 application to get charged then cic will move on with pending item for hot NOC...

I know one guy in watapp group noc 2171 application date sep 17th got a mail that it didnt made it cap.. As per my knowledge if somebody get through this 161 no its should be between sep 2nd and sep 17th.. so please dont cancel ur app for 2172 let it reach all the best for ur new app
