There have been cases where pOF was re-asked. Nowhere it is written that statement is better than certificates, but anyone would guess statements are 1000 times stronger proofs than certificates (statement shows the trail, certificates don't).

Nothing is better then other. Most important point is that officer responsbile for your file should be satisfied and in case of doubt he has the full right to ask another evidence or something more explanatory.

My app received on 23rd OCT, i am still waiting for an update. Even Dec applicants are getting CC charged now, i am really worried.

My app date is 20th Oct, Noc 0112, i am also waiting for an update, no news from CIC, I tried contacting them several times on their number, no success, really worried.

NOC : 0112
VO : London
Application Received: 26 Sept, 14
PER received: 8 Jan, 15
Photos requirement received: 6 Feb, 15

Do it shows that VO is satisfied with other part of application?

Any comments?

I ve received email from LVO asking me to resubmit the declaration form. And mention details of all gaps.

Cic ask to write either last 10 year info or info since 18th b,day which ever is recent.. in my case 10 year info was applicable so i wrote last 10 year details.. now LVO is asking to provide info since 18th b,day.

Hopefully i ll post the updated form by tomorrow.

My time line are as follows:

NOC : 0112
VO : Not known yet as the form completed did not make provision for this (November update). But most likely Accra, Ghana.
Application Received: 4 December 2014
PER: Not yet. Expected to be sent to my lawyer who used his address. Hope to keep the forum updated as soon as it is received.

I had UCI number from my previous visa application to Canada.
